   This morning I went Tesco to bye a bag of sweets. First I say good morning to the lady near till she not reply, after when I go to make payment have some error. I call one off staff but more interest still talk with other. I mentioned I need to take the train and themes still talking nothing about job. And the gentleman approached and ask me what’s happening I say I can’t make a payment. And still ask me what’s wrong? With out looking for the till. And carry a trolley . I mentioned again please I need to take the train is looking for me still say nothing is wrong. And on till say some error. Because me not start my day wrong I just left with out bye my item.

   Today I came in with my 8 week old child. After paying, I went to a neighbouring shop where a Tesco staff member followed me and started verbally abusing me, raising her voice. She accused me of stealing calpol (I had bought it from the pharmacy across the road). She then took it off my possession and walked off. I had offered to go to the pharmacy with her so they can tell her I had bought it from there (she refused) and also tried to show her my Apple Pay which proved the purchase. She said her staff / colleagues had ‘seen me take it’ multiple times. I went to the pharmacy (very shaken up) and got my proof of purchase and the woman from Tesco appeared (realising she had been wrong) and very unapologetically returned the calpol she had in fact stolen from me and my 8 week old child. She had said her staff had told her they had seen me take it so was working off that but they were wrong. There were some very kind strangers who ran to my defence and went back into the store to control the team about the upset and distress they had caused. I was humiliated and accused of something I didn’t do, not listened to and verbally attacked whilst having my possession stolen off me with no consideration for the facts and logic that were clearly in front of them. All in front of my 8 week old daughter. A terrible team who clearly enjoy bullying random vulnerable members of the public.

   We stopped by this Tesco Monday evening to pick up a little shop to get us through tomorrow. Went home put everything in the fridge that needed it, had a bit of milk and could taste right away it was a bit off it has a due date of Aug 3rd. I already feel sick with stomach cramps. This has happened to us before several months ago,when we complained before about it saying maybe the fridge isn’t cold enough etc they didn’t care. Absolutely do not shop here for anything that needs to be in the fridge. We don’t find it’s the friendliest or inclusive staff as well.

   To all ATM users, as at October 2022 there are only two left now in Northwood. When the Nationwide external ATM stops dispensing cash a few doors up, this one in Tesco Express will still work. However, note that it is tucked away in the far rear wall of the store, and it currently has a maximum withdrawal limit of £250.

   Went to use my club card voucher, unfortunately would not be expected there for alcohol, so went to a proper Tesco's and worked fine. This place does not have a Tesco's feel to it, won't use again.
