   Security guard went over his work remit by going out of his way to help me,excellent customer support from him. A manager I didn't take her name but she too gave me fabulous customer support. The only issue I had at the till I was told my Nectar card was blocked so I have to call Sainsbury's to fix it & add 100 points from shopping apparently I've got to do within 30 days. All this means I won't call,not convenient

   Not much on the shelves at the moment. You also need to be careful with the parking as it states 30 minutes free but that is in the 2 hours that you pay for, not as well as, a few people seem to be getting parking fines because of this. They have cameras on the entrance and exit so you need to keep an eye on the time you enter and not go by your ticket time. I unfortunately got caught out and a lady I spoke to the other day said she has had three parking fines so I explained to her.

   I visited this Sainsbury’s and honestly, I was very disappointed. The store itself is quite small, but it still has a reasonable selection of products. Unfortunately, the biggest problem here is the staff – they are extremely rude, unhelpful, and painfully slow. On top of that, the toilet facilities are in terrible condition and smell very unpleasant. Overall, I do not recommend visiting this supermarket

   This is one of my local supermarket, I'm very happy every time I used very friendly staff and well catered for lots of community, free parking for 1 hour when you shop even better.

   One of the head of saff was so rude. And things it is all a joke. For old people to look for help. Not imprest. Fun is fun but help is help. One day she will be old and look for help hope she gets it. And not get the same answer I got. Unfortunately the saff are not traded the old way Today. Thanks

   First time, different layout to my usual store. Staff helpful. Also collected eBay parcel without problems. Overall a good store with bike railings just outside the main entrance. Service station with petrol 2p / litre cheaper than local garages.

   Although I don’t use it very often nowadays I’ve been frequenting this store since 2015 when it became my local supermarket for a time. It’s getting on a bit and it shows. There’s a few other shops adjoined leading to a precinct which is also a bit dated now. To be honest, it should be demolished and a new, better, purpose built supermarket with multi-level parking and a more useable shopping precinct like Walton would be a better idea. The whole parking situation is a bit strange, as is the layout of the car park, especially with the old folk milling about the place! It is handy though if day you need some shopping but also need to nip to the bank.
