   Hii, i had a very bad experience with one of your staff she was serving at the billing brown lady i don’t know her name she was doing her own stuff rather than attending customer also there was no greetings very rude behaviour by her also she talk in a very weird accent and when i asked for respite she throw it to my side rather than handling over.Thankyou.

   I was meant to receive my delivery today between 11:30 to 13:30. It was marked as delivered and I’ve got nothing to show. They don’t pick up the phone and Customer Service is of no help! I’m £60 down and I’ve got nothing!

   Received my delivery after 2 days incomplete and spoiled! Order was picked and left to rot and melt in a corner somewhere. Management needs to be sorted. Ice pack melted in the bag and soaked everything inside. This is is not acceptable
