I paid £7 for yellow roses at 4pm Saturday, on opening them at home ,the stems were mouldy and the flowers were dead on Sunday morning. I returned them to the shop Sunday afternoon and was told the manager would call me. He hasn't. I Returned to the shop again twice today and was told the manager was still not available . Staff should have ability to refund faulty goods. Will refer to Londis customer service.
A guy at the til Vijay won’t give me a refund for a drink I asked for and then said I’m the issue rude staff should know how your till works and I asked can I put some items back and he refused and said I’m the issue and then said come back tomorrow
