    Went to sainsburys ruislip on 10/06/25 it was not a good experience. Only 1 member of staff looking after the tills. Had to wait 8 minutes at least for staff to come and check out shopping as we had a rescan also there was another customer waiting for a rescan too red lights flashing. So much stress for your staff. Ask for a manager no manager bothered to come down. Not good customer service.

    Good local store but if you do an argos deliver to store option be careful not to order anything fragile. The way Dhaval chucks things around, tips them up, kicks them to the front is no joy

    In regards to deliveroo - please don't ignore the Substitute option! I understand it's a small store and often items are out of stock but they never bother to find an alternative & it makes a last minute cooking very difficult. I'm talking about simple items that I know the store carries multiple variations of! It's not worth paying delivery fees for tiny items if the main things we need to order aren't there. Please follow instructions
