To Sainsbury’s Management, I am writing to express my anger and deep frustration regarding the behaviour of one of your staff members during my recent visit. The woman, approximately 45–50 years old, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional toward me. When I told her that I would be making a complaint about her behaviour, she responded with, “Do you want my name?” in an arrogant and challenging tone. This only made the situation worse. I cannot understand how a staff member can speak to a customer like that. I came to your store just to buy groceries, yet she treated me with zero respect, as if I had no right to question her behaviour. I left the store feeling insulted, upset, and extremely disappointed. Because of this incident, I genuinely do not feel comfortable returning to any Sainsbury’s store. I request that this complaint be taken seriously and handled as a priority. Her behaviour must be addressed immediately so that no other customer has to face the same disrespect. I expect a prompt response and clear action on this matter. I ordered a basic uber eats delivery from here. They placed my loaf of bread at the very bottom of the bag and then 4 pints of milk on top. The bag was then crammed and already spilt open when I recieved it and everything was covered in yoghurt from a very careless employer who packs the orders. Please use more than 1 bag next time and be considerate of the people these orders are going to. Only used this service as I'm very ill but next time I'll rely on a member of family to help me out. Now I'm having to argue with uber eats over a refund for all the ruined items I recieved.

Sainsbury's Local in Drayton Garden Village offers a compact yet well-organized shopping experience. The store is clean, and the shelves are well-stocked with a variety of products. The staff are friendly and efficient, making the shopping experience pleasant. It's a great option for quick grocery runs, especially for those living in the nearby residential area.

Rude staff! I am not someone who likes to complain or mention anything bad about anyone. However, I am suffering from chest and throat infection quite severely from last three weeks. I went in store asked staff to help me the red bull which isn’t in fridge, they weren’t willing to listen nd without checking sad don’t have anything, take it or leave it. I mean where does this happens. I don’t like mentioning people names otherwise I would have, manager here is usually nice. Please man, groom your team a bit better. Simple thank you, sorry little effort for customer don’t charge all to anybody..

Absolute waste of space. Vicious parking fines if you don't park in one of the limited parking spaces and empty shelves don't really make for a good shopping experience. They have plenty of breakfast cereals but no milk. They have bread, so you can have toast but don't expect to find cheese or butter to put on it

Parking VERY LIMITED. Parking signs control signs are strategically placed so you can hardly see them and thus end up getting £60 Parking fine!!

It is good store for quick, last minute shopping but the prices are not small and you must check products packaging before you pay. Second time today i did buy a meat product with the package damaged and that is serious threat to health.

I shop here regularly , today evening went in and asked for a cardboard box and I can see quite a few available in store backstage from the tills, but the customer service assistant in till came back and said it's all in crushed state and none can be given. Is this a good customer service ? I believe not.

Great little store. Staff are helpful and friendly. I live locally so parking is not an issue for me as I just walk. The downside is the prices but this is Sainsburys we're talking about so I guess that is expected but there is a off-licence near to it that sells some items cheaper. Compared to the local Tesco which is 8-10 min walk away this store is cleaner and less hectic, but the Tesco is cheaper and has similar deals to the bigger Tesco stores.

Friendly staff. Always clean and tidy and a good supply of everyday essentials. Shelves are always full and the store is well run. A pleasure to shop in. Checkout is typically swift, polite and helpful and self serve checkout is also quick and easy to use. Some youngsters sometime hang around outside or nearby, but they seem pretty harmless and haven't really seen them cause any trouble.
