   The pale lady working there is rude and has appalling customer service, I will never understand corner shop owners that think they can give attitude to their customers. Never going in again and based of their replies to comments they can't take criticism or apologise to people. Running a business with no business ethic or professionalism and whoever is tying these replies sounds like a teenager

   I went to collect a parcel and she gave me a parcel then I left and then she started chasing me and screaming come back u got the wrong parcel and when I go back says never order here again and rude stuff when she’s the one that gave me the wrong parcel Do not recommend going there or even put it as collection store rude staff and being rude towards kids.

   Not professional at all. I wanted to drop off a parcel. First, he said it would open at 7:00, but when I checked the Yodel website, it stated 6:00. When I showed him, he said, "My machine is down." Yodel should reconsider whether this shop is fit to be one of their partners. On top of that, he was selling alcohol to customers at half past 6 in the morning, which I believe is not permitted before 8:00 am. As you accused me of in your reply, I supposedly abused your staff. Please be brave and upload the CCTV video and expose me. Also, file a formal complaint with the police so that next time no one dares to abuse your staff. I visited the shop between 6:15 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.

   Nice shop that sells credit for electricity meters and Oyster cards. I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly. Also the shop is very well stocked with convenience foods and drinks.

   This is an old school convenience store despite the negative reviews about the older gentleman for sure the younger gentleman and the women with blue eyes provides the best quality service & always kind and respectful. Been customer for 15 years!!

   If, I could give one star it would be!!! I’ve just gone to the shop and bought only 2 things. One cost £20 and the other one £1.25. I didn’t check how much I pay as I expect the cashier to be honest!!! When I got home I received a message that I just payed £26.24!!!!!!!! Thieves work there!!! I always go to this shop and spend loads of money. I’ll never ever go there again!!!!

   I would give this zero stars if it was possible! I picked up my parcel from this store today and received very poor customer service. When I entered the store the staff member was busy eating and didn’t acknowledge me for a while. When he did serve me he was very unpleasant and when he handed me my parcel he said my parcel had been there for almost a whole week and that I shouldn’t just leave my parcels laying around for long. I work full time as a NHS nurse and don’t have the privilege of the time to pick it up as soon as it arrives in the store, which is why I picked it up late. Furthermore, there is no rule against picking up parcels late as long as it’s in the 10 day timeframe given to collect your parcel. Horrible rude man and from reading other Google reviews this seems to be normal behaviour for this staff member

   Don't bother with this place. Rude staff, refuses to accept parcels despite being associated with the Yodel / UPS / Collect+ click&collect scheme. AVOID!!! This store is listed under so many names and address variants on these web sites.

   The worst customer service. I never leave reviews but my experience was so bad that I had to. The man at the till was so disgustingly disrespectful and rude from the moment I approached the till. He was speaking down at me in such a condescending and sexist manner for no reason. When he was unable to scan my parcel, which I did not question or complain about, I politely offered to read out the code for him and he responded by shouting at me and basically telling me to be quiet and get lost. I am so shocked and disgusted how awfully he treated me, despite me doing nothing to provoke his spiteful attitude, and by reading a previous review, it seems that there is a pattern of him doing this. I was a regular customer but will never be returning again after this experience.
