   Went in for 4 pints of milk. All the prices for products were missing on the shelves. At the counter, I was charged £2 by two male staff.I thought that was very high but gave them a £2 coin and was offered no receipt and no change.After going to the Londis website, the overcharge was confirmed.I will never use the store again although close by!

   Shambolic parcel collection and delivery service. It’s on the lead up to Christmas you would think they would have their act together. They only have one trained member of staff who was not present when I entered the shop, the guy at the till had to give him a call to come in and deal with my parcel pick-up. All the parcels are shoved on the floor in the corner behind the till. I was almost given the wrong parcel twice. They’ve lost my parcel so I had to leave the shop without having it. My email from Yodel clearly states it has arrived there so the issue is their disorganised pile of parcels things look like they would easily be lost. I was asked if I could check under the table infront of the till which indicates to me that parcels can be sometimes stored there- zero security and anyone could then just take. I did not receive an apology. Basically just shrugged at me and offered I could return next day. I don’t see why it would make a blind bit of difference if it’s not there then it’s not there. Useless people.

   My mum took a parcel on here to drop off on my behalf as I’ve broken my leg and she was shouted at very rudely by the man working. She had never been in this shop before so didn’t know where to put parcels. The man told her to put in the corner of the shop so she tried to go and place it there and he ran over shouting that that isn’t where she puts them and she should know. There was no sign or anything. He spoke to someone on the phone the whole time and ignored her majority of the time and when he did speak to her he was rude. My mum left feeling quite upset and patronised as no one else was in the shop.

   I was in this shop last night and a young girl the two men were serving were very rude and condescending to her, you would not expect this behaviour in a local shop like this. If you are female do not go into this shop alone.Their behaviour does nothing for Londis brand.

   one of the guys working there is very rude and belittling, he made me believe that I was incorrect about what I needed. he said it in a very condescending way. when in fact he was incorrect. will not be returning

   Mostly good as a local shop. Couldn't be perfect without bagels and bananas on one recent visit (though they normally have them) and also with the staff not always wearing masks. But for the most part it's good.
