   A clean store. Plenty of staff and tills. Disappointingly not many gluten free products, but they do have a few. We asked about dairy free products they said no. Very disappointing these days. On looking around i found one Plant based porridge pot. Better than nothing; just. As expected this store is never the cheapest, but what they had looked fresh. A few offers Instore.

   Disappointing for T5. No bakery here at all. No savoury crackers either. The one in T3 is better - they have a bakery. T5 M&S is al chocolate and sweets with a few basics and sandwiches. It’s fine for those things but was surprised how there is not even a small bakery section, given the footfall.

   Worst M&S I have ever had to use, the manager (swizzle) herself is very rude and only know of nuts to be allergy, she have no product knowledge and her attitude is disgraceful, every bad review you see is in fact the truth from my personal experience. They spoke to each other in their own language as if I was not there. Rudest encounter I’ve ever had.

   It is located in the perfect spot for arrival passengers. I purchased snacks, drinks, and some groceries for my journey onward. This branch was well stocked, and a staff member was at the checkout if you required assistance.

   The store is not too big, located in Terminal 5 (landside area) Alot of fresh & ready-to-eat food. Also some cookies and snacks with a nice packaging that you can buy for a gift when you travel back to your country. VISA, mastercards are accepted.

   Appalling. Be ready to be ripped off. The 4.95 meal deal in all other branches is £5.50 here. And the same food as you find in other branches are not included. Why? No explanation. This level of inconsistency is anti-customer and aimed at capitalising on unaware busy travellers and ripping them off. Caveat Emptor.

   Why is the meal deal selection so poor, a staff member said theres no chocolate in the deal, the drinks seem to be mostly sugary drinks and the coronation chicken. Sandwich i bought doesnt seem to be in the meal deal either. So i wasted £2 on coke as well as an expensive sandwich and crisps that i didnt really want as thats all the staff pointed to for snacks. Should be called m and s simple food

   Guys we're tired...we've just landed and hope to have extra eyes on us when buying stuff, usually you're v.vigilant, there were at least 3 of the staff watching the self-check out tills?! but tonight I got home & I'm missing the last item, a breakfast porridge I bought, STILL on the checkout which you'll put bk on the shelf & I'm £5 down :(

   I Visit this store on a regular basis. This time there were mice running around on the shelves over food. I mentioned this on the counter and was simply told we know. If you know why have you not done anything about? This is not acceptable in any store, let alone the most premium high street food brand, in an international airport! If you know and you can't contain them then the store should be shut until you do. Very dissapointed in m&s.
