   Always a terrible experience whenever I go here during my free time. As a Heathrow worker, I am disappointed everytime I go here. I will note before I continue, there is a young, short lady who is very nice to all her customers so this excludes her. The other staff are just rude. I used to come here a lot to grab food for my break in the winter, whenever I would wear my puffer jacket, as the winter was freezing, they would discriminate and not say hello or thank u to me as I went to the self checkout, please keep in mind I'm not an entitled customer, it's literally their job to say hello and thank you because the entire store is operated by self checkouts. I didn't think much of it but it did annoy me because it's just pure rudeness, just because u wear a puffer jacket u don't receive a greeting or thank u for spending money in their company? Recently, I have been going there. It's summer now, and they never greet Heathrow workers. I'm not sure if its a racism thing, today I went in, proceeded to pay for my stuff, and watched and listened to how the guy who was working there greeted regular people, but did not greet me or even say thank u. Its just disgusting behaviour, it's not only discrimination and rude but possibly another intent behind it. This is coming from someone who works in customer service too, I always greet my customers no matter what they look like. Hire ur staff better, they're on decent wage since they work at the airport so they should act like it, I know because I work at Heathrow too. Not a simple hello or thank u is pathetic.

   I love M&S simply for their range of grab-and-go food — a nice alternative to fast food or heavy restaurant fare. The salads, smoothies, and healthy snacks are a strong plus when I want something I can eat quickly without guilt. The store’s prices are a bit higher than your standard M&S, but that's to be expected in an airport. Still, it's convenient, well-stocked, and I appreciate their high food standards.

   Staff scanned item wrong, unable to give a refund themselves so had to wait 10 minutes for them to find the manager who had wondered off our the shop!

   Spent an overnight at the Aerotel in terminal 3. Checked in about 20:00, no other food options. Nice selection of food and drink, reasonably priced for an airport. Bought a few sandwiches and bottles of wine and had a "picnic" in our diminutive Aerotel room. Sandwiches were reasonably good for prepackaged food, the wine was servicable.

   This is the small M&S store at Heathrow T3 Arrivals. What can you say about the smaller M&S stores such as the one . Usually a bit overpriced, with a few exceptions. Usually good quality products. Often a rather limited choice of some foods however today the choice of foods seemed quite fresh and well stocked. The salads looked immaculate and as if they had just been prepared. The place was very clean and the staff are friendly. Overall would recommend however the prices are high as you would expect from these type of stores.

   Perfect Little Supermarket in London Heathrow Terminal 3 This is a great little supermarket tucked in LHR terminal 3. It has everything from fresh fruit to packaged sandwiches to milk to ready made dinners. Fantastic place to pick up all you could want after a flight. The only thing it doesn't have is raw meats, and who really needs those after a long haul flight. Always spotlessly clean with friendly helpful staff. Would totally recommend.
