   Large grocery store that is open late on weekdays. Multiple services as well as a huge parking lot. Located by many bus stops and Addlestone SWR station. Two self-checkout locations: Basket and Trolley Multiple assisted checkout Ground floor - Tesco Pharmacy, Holland & Barretts, Opticians, In-house bakery, Florist, Tobacco & Vape Counter Second Floor - Clothing store, Tesco Mobile, Printing Services

   Beware the Horizon Car Park System at this site. Visited the store twice in one day, once in the morning and again after work. To my shock I received a letter demanding payment for a parking charge for apparently staying there for 10.5 hours. The ANPR system clearly failed to read my plate exiting the first time, I'm now having to battle to get the fine lifted and the threats keep coming. Tesco don't want to assist and I done nothing wrong apart from being a paying customer, beware, if it can happen to me, it'll happen to you

   One of the if not the worst Tesco I've been in. Out of stock on many items and this goes on for days. The staff are superstars though which is the only redeeming thing about the Supermarket. I tend to go to Tesco Extra at Sunbury Cross as they are always stocked with the things I want. Not sure why the Addlestone branch runs out of things so often but it is annoying and ruins my shopping experience.

   A well-presented large Tesco's. This store has a pharmacy, Photoshop, mobile phone shop, a large clothing department, restaurant and a petrol station. I shopped midday on a Wednesday, there was plenty of parking spaces. Made my way through the self service checkouts with no problems. On my way out of the car park I stopped at the petrol station and filled up with fuel (best prices locally).

   Absolutely wonderful Tesco store! Loads of self service options and loads of manned tills to head to it self service isn't your thing, the selection of absolutely everything in this store Is epic! Prices are cheap and cheerful on most products and the staff are always happy and smiling.

   Absolutely atrocious checkout. 1 manned till open, and no segregation between basket and trolley self service checkout so ridiculous queue. Its about time these places started thinking about CUSTOMER SERVICE.

   Massive Tesco, great selection staff are always polite and helpful. Would give 5 starts but they need more staff in the pharmacy. The question for that are always long. Not due to incompetence, they just need more staff to help with the increased workload

   Large Tesco opened in 2001. I think I went at the wrong time really, late Sunday afternoon and after the beast from the east had been and gone. This meant availability was not what I would expect and the items I went out for were not there. There’s a cafe, a pharmacy, petrol station. Didn’t interact with anyone on the shop floor, but the lady on the checkout was friendly and helpful. I didn’t realise that they were open until 5 on a Sunday, it’s worth knowing for future reference.

   I went to this Tesco on a Sunday afternoon about 3pm. I'm thinking this accounted for the number of items out of stock. I went for a chicken apart from a free range one which was about 8quid. I did find some bargains in the frozen ready meals isle.. with quite a few items down to 65p. I might have to go back again to get a truer reflection of this store. There is plenty of free parking.. and petrol station, pharmacy and optician all under one roof.
