Probably amongst the first people I met when moving to the UK. Owners are very friendly, it's always a welcome when I pop in. They have cool taste in music and often play quite interesting varied tunes.
Not a nice experience It's like no one can be bothered in there, Great for your needed stuff in an emergency, Other than that drive to high st. Not worth it
Been here many times on my own and I like the fact they have lots of products. But this time I took my 6 month old son in a pushchair to get some milk. Very Very disappointed by the amount of crates and boxes on the floor, it's always like this but how am I as a parent expected to get around the shop with a pushchair when there are so many boxes on the floor. No consideration for us parents.
Well stocked local convenience store. Long opening hours including weekends. Good range of products including Asian groceries. Also takes Amazon returns (no label or packing required) which is most convenient.
DO NOT CHOOSE THIS OUTLET FOR PARCEL COLLECTION! They have my goods but refused to hand them over without a scan email. Went home, called DHL who checked and told me they hadn't scanned the package in so no email triggered. They'd had it for three days! Now waiting another two days for DHL escalation process!

Bad service! We went to drop an Amazon Return as can supposedly do this without labels. Person at the till asked us to wait for his colleague. After 5 mins of waiting, I asked how long we'll be waiting. He said 20 minutes! He made no effort to actually call his colleague and we could have been waiting longer. We put away our grocery shop and instead went home, printed labels and used lockers nearby. This used to be my local for groceries but I'll buy things across the road from now - better service at Neelam Post Office, and cheaper!
AVOID! Tried to drop-off my parcel and was lied to repeatedly. The chap behind the counter first told me they had no room and that I should come back tomorrow. Then when I said Yodel's website said I could leave today, he told me his scanner wasn't working. Utterly useless and unreliable.
