Some supervising staff members appear to need further training in manners & customer relations. But once you've sussed out which ones, you can shop around them for a much better experience.
I had a terrible experience at Lidl today. An employee named Usman ignored me completely and went straight to another customer. This is unacceptable. Lidl needs to fix the attitude of their staff.
Love the donuts there it's a bargain shop nice and easy
Till to small to put your shopping into your bag , no much choice about ice cream and food .Others ludl.has more choice in food and ice cream . Bakery should be closed as I saw fly on the cakes, especially in summer time. People touching cakes and bread with they hand when suppose having gloves next to this bakery and the cakes should be closed with a lid .I don t see this in any store in uk. If you go in italy everything is clean and sealed and they have gloves next to the bakery and fruits and veg. In uk I don t see this .
We recently parked our van in your overflow carpark at the rear of the store with had a van already in there . We only popped in for a couple of items but now have a Β£100 fine to pay !!! Itβs is a bloody joke
Larger store with lots of choice though quite a few items out of stock on my Saturday morning visit (crisps, still water, Apple juice, orange juice). Friendly, happy cashier. Car park rather small but larger car park on other side of road
Tonight 25.03.2023 at 20:00. We went for shopping. We wanted to buy 4 box waters. But the store manager said anyone can buy 2 water bottles. He was rude and self-righteous. I left without buying anything. I will not shop here again. There was no warning about it!
Same stock as most other stores though layout a little different and not as spacious. Appeared very short staffed one guy on till also covering the self service was very stressed and subsequently a little rude, though in fairness he had quite a queue. One other lady stocking shelves.
Everything you need they have it. I never had the issue to want something and couldn't find it here. Of course if you want special foods or drinks probably this is not the store for you. Really good staff Good location Good car park, plus if you don't have space you can park on the other side of the street in Argos car park
