   Went into the shop with my little brother to grab a few bits for the New Year’s party. And then was refused any alcohol or energy drinks because my brother (who was carrying the food) is under the age of 18 and it’s now there policy to refuse the alcohol and energy drinks in this scenario. As if I would buy a 12 year old a crate of Stella’s. Get realistic!

   We had a very good experience today. We bought a t v but it was too big for us to carry. Johny was sent to help us. He completed the sale for us and carried it to our car. Excellent service.

   The shop is okay, Some staff are helpful, so I’m just ignore you But the worst thing on a note probably sounds bad but you literally cannot go shopping and then after when you’re leaving not be hounded by a charity. Everyone who can gifts to charity But these charities which seem to be there every single time I go shopping literally stop you as you walk and if you’re walking away some come after you which isn’t right. this 100% should be restricted

   This relates to the cafe only. Yesterday me my daughter and 2 little grandchildren went to Brooklands cafe for lunch. Kids eat free which is amazing. My daughter took her sandwich back because the under neath was heavily mouldy. Not just a bit but the whole underneath. Monday morning - so how long had it been there?! She took it back and they said to come back for the refund when she was leaving. The service was painfully slow - obviously something wrong in staff numbers or equipment not working - lots of people getting cross. They then would only give her £4 cash back and wouldn’t transfer to the credit card she had paid on. Final straw was the totally disgusting toilets. The toilet brush stand in the left hand WC was badly broken with the brush and contents in the stand repulsive. Pop down to the store and replace for £1 please! The tap in same toilet not working. My daughter caught the manager on the way out who explained the supervisor was on mat leave so no one around to manage the cafe. Oh well that’s ok then ! Unbelievable and in my view grounds to shut it down.

   What a total mess and a useless store. A wasted trip ~ half the store is closed off with empty sections for no reason given.

   Unbelievable. One cashier on the till & one waitress trying to make good out of a bad situation is the only reason why it deserved two stars... The cafe queue is ridiculous. Took an hour to get to the till. If it was a busy day, I get it, but it wasn't. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. Go ANYWHERE else unless you're happy waiting on queue half a mile long..

   Time the place was razed to the ground. Started out with all you might need, then the village shops disappeared and the range of products at Tesco was drastically reduced. High time the local authorities put a stop to these retail parks.

   The food, cleanliness and staff are all good. The issue is that the store management left 2 staff in the lurch dealing with a very busy cafe. The staff on duty can only do their best. They have been let down

   One of the top Tesco there is. Everything you could ever want can be found here. The car park is huge and because of the excellent Tesco is busy but never really any problem to find a spot to park just maybe not as close to the store as you would wish. The shop is on two levels. Food etc on bottom floor and clothes and electrical upstairs. Plus a canteen. For me the best the shop has to offer is the counters area at the back. Fish meat cheeses and hams and hot food to go. The staff are great. Super service and friendly. Knowledge is quite outstanding especially on the fish and meat sections. There are some great characters here to help you. Unfortunately I had to leave the area and greatly miss this store. I’m just lucky I have a huge Tesco outside Warsaw which my wife and I now use.
