the place is terrible, never anyone on the tills and the lady with the red hair is terrible. i overheard her saying to a customer who was deciding what scratch card to get “can you hurry up i want to go for a cigarette”. awful
This is my local shop and it’s such a shame. There is never anyone at the till , staff is looking at you while you wait to get served and continue to do whatever they’re doing. After you wait 5-10 minutes at the till someone actually comes and they are so annoyed that you dare to bother them ( especially the red hair lady that seems to always be so angry). I’ll do the long walk to Sainsbury from now on.
Handy location, staff are generally friendly, carts clog the isles which make it hard to move around the store. At times when going in to the store that there is a distinct smell of body odour coming from stackers which is off putting
Morning friendly staff and quick service and clean shop always
Always have to call people to serve at the till. Sometimes get the "it's a privilege for you to come and shop at my shop" vibe. Products with broken packaging fairly frequent.
Recently been a huge mess. Had to climb around cages and stock on my last few visits. Also a large amount of fridges were broken on my last visit. It looked like a closing down sale in there. Hopefully better next time
Great Staff. Ahmed and Syed are a credit to Tesco
They never have enough staff serving, even when there are large queues, the people on the floor just carry on stacking shelves . I've started using the Saintsbury's express instead, the customer service is far superior, and never let the queues build up like they do in this. I wouldn't mind if they were short staffed, but its when the rest of the staff are just pottering about and don't come to serve on the tills .

A medium sized Tesco Express that stocks more of the premium ranges. Champagne bottles for over £100, organic veg. I don't think they have a single "Tesco Value" product.
