   Absolutely disgusting customer service. I took some parcels in to be sent and although the shop was empty the guy told me i shouldn't be sending more than 3. I challenged this saying you do get paid per parcel and if you don't want to accept them you shouldn't do them. I was going to buy other things but changed my mind. I will not be posting from here again either.

   I was riding my bike and I stopped to get a drink and I left my bike like near the door so I can keep a eye on it so it don't get stolen , then the owner of the shop was extremely rude to me told me to get out and when I wanted to buy the drink he was slamming his hand telling me this is where to pay whilst insulting me on the way out then proceeds to talk rubbish behind my back in his own language to the people behind the counter Never going back to that store again im advising everyone I know to avoid that store 0-10 for customer service

   TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My partner tried to send a parcel force parcel this evening, as soon as he walked in, the lady said to him: You can't drop this here, we don't have the space for it. She didn't even tried to listen to what he has to say. She start serving another customer. Absolutely disgusting attitude! Avoid as much as you can!!!

   Very poor customer service. I’ve had my Yodel parcel delivered at this shop on April 8th and kept coming back for days, morning and late afternoon but the “machine” is broken. They said they have reported it and havent had any response from whoever it is. Couldnt even provide a report number as proof they have indeed reported it. I finally returned on April 12th Saturday and spoke directly to a couple who apparently as I was told are the owners. I left my name & contact details as I have to leave and they promised they will keep my parcel until I’m back. Yesterday I received an email notif that my parcel has been collected. Like how???? I am half way around the world for a month long holiday. I have asked a relative to check the parcel yesterday and they are closed until Monday. I’ve read the rest of the reviews and I regret now using their parcel services. Never again!

1. TA Purchases ★☆☆☆☆

   Terrible service of handling parcels and customer service overall. They work with both DHL and CollectPlus as service point location. The shop lost or stole a parcel given to them on the very same day! Apart from that we had to speak with a shopkeeper who barely speak normal English, so communication is very uneasy. We will have to now give their name and create Police report for theft in their own shop. Dissatisfied and will not use EVER again.

   If I knew of Sainsbury’s before I would be spending around £150 less a month on the same exact groceries. I noticed I noticed are drinking water which costs a lot more and some drinks which they buy in 6-pack with an offer and re-well individually even though the packaging says ‘not for individual re-sale’. On a number of occasions I also came across expired products which stayed for weeks on the shelves even after I politely brought it to attention of the manager of the place. It has now been a few good months since I bought anything from this place and I don’t regret it.

   This Budgens in Woking isn't very nice. Sometimes the level of stock on the shelves is shocking. The staff are friendly enough but store is at best chaotic. Its open long hours which can be good when dashing for s train. The store always looks like its hours away from shutting down. Its a prime spot and could be a gold mine in the right hands
