   Ordered several items including 1kg tin of rasmalai. Instead of the 1kg tin, received a single 500gm pack of 4 pieces. No response to email with photos of short fall. Not nice to be short changed by a company, will not order from them in future. Will also advise our numerous circle of friends about experience. Small loss but matter of principle as online ordering is based upon trust.

   Have to give 5 stars because I don't know how they can improve. This place is amazing! The array or spices, rows and rows of them, and options on everything! There are different varieties of paratha, different varieties of aubergines, fruit and veg. I don't even know what some of that stuff is! It's such a huge selction, and it's incredible and very exciting for a cook to see so many different ingredients. I can't fault service as they are quick and many tills open. Parking is tricky as it is with any shore along that stretch. Great place for Asian ingredients and produce!

However, I'd advise fellow shoppers to exercise caution during the billing process. It appears that there have been instances where the final total was inaccurately calculated, leading to higher charges. This is a small issue that the store could work on to ensure a seamless shopping experience. On a slightly negative note, I did encounter one cashier who was rather impolite. But this hasn't deterred us, as we have been buying from Sadda Store for years and the majority of the staff members are friendly and accommodating. The store's convenience and variety easily outweigh this isolated incident. In conclusion, Sadda Store is your ultimate destination for Indian grocery shopping in Hounslow. With its remarkable selection and the added support of a knowledgeable staff member, it continues to be our preferred choice for all our Indian grocery needs. While there are minor billing discrepancies and the occasional unfriendly face, the overall experience is a positive one. For anyone seeking authentic Indian products and a wide selection, I wholeheartedly recommend Sadda Store.

   Sadda Superstore is a fantastic option for Indian groceries, fruits and veggies. Found almost all varieties of pulses, rice, flour, snacks etc. Vast store with easy pick and billing sections. Paid parking available.. with first 30mins free.

   Very nice place to find South Indian spices, vegetables and fruits. They sells Mango leaves, Neem leaves and Banana leaves too. We could see variety of Indian foods in frozen zone. Store is very narrow and space is less so it is little different to shop in buzy day.

   This is a great shop to buy all your spices and ingredients for Indian cooking. So much variety of everything on offer including fresh produce, sauces, and so much more. Prices are much more reasonable than supermarkets and you get authentic ingredients

   Got everything for Indian cookery but the layout is a little chaotic and unlike chains this has no signage for where things are placed. Powdered spices and pickles are their specialty imo. It would be ideal if they expanded Thai, Chinese etc ranges

   I recently ordered groceries worth £50. They didn’t bother telling me that some of the items were out of stock although I paid for them. I then never found my curry leaves in the package which obviously they didn’t pack and since complaining I am asked to recheck as if the package will grow curry leaves inside on it’s own! Poor customer service they don’t care about you! Don’t buy from them. My dosa batter also was badly over fermented and now I am wondering what to do!

   The Sadda super store has got huge variety of Indian spices, lentils, etc. fresh fruits and vegetables. Place is well organised and staff is friendly & helpful. Prices are are reasonable except a few items. It’s convenient to be able to find everything at one place. It is on the main road and easily excess-able. A good place to shop at.
