   Thieves. Bought a bottle of vodka, you don’t check the bottle when it gets handled to you, stupidly. Got home, opened it up which was slightly too easy. Poured a drink, yet found it was water. Thinking back, it took the server over 30 seconds to get me the bottle out of sight, which I thought was odd at the time, but didn’t clock on in the moment. Either the server is deceiving their boss and the customers or the owner is. I’m making a complaint to trading standards. What else is going on in that place? Hopefully whoever is doing wrong gets busted. I’m not privileging them with my business again.

   I honestly love this store. I've been going here for over 4 years now and I just find it amazing how such an amazing shop can be so close to my house. I'm really proud of all the staff and how friendly they are. I've seen many staff before and I have to say londis' staff are the kindest by far.

   I am regular customer of this store for last 3 years and staff always was friendly with me and all customer always but Yesterday I was waiting in a counter and there are coffee machine front of customer and I just trying to find Americano like in Costa coffee machine you need to do few steps but on this machine coffee start leaking and stuff charged me £2 and explained me that someone watching or counting it was very rude to me On my opinion while other caffe now working without profit to safe the business and next day I spoke with manager of this store and without explanation he just pointed that is my fault.

   Quick and easy. Small place but will take care of your amenities. Also sells Oyster pass so if you are a visitor then this is a good place to get your Oyster as you will need it in Feltham since buses don't take cash. Polite staff and open till late
