Products are always fresh and reliable, and the staff are consistently respectful and helpful. They treat my daughters with warmth, which makes every visit a positive experience for us as a family. I always leave with a smile — highly recommended!

   Not usually one to write reviews, but today was so bad I had to. I watched one of the staff (Paula, I think?) completely lose it over two lads trying to buy Red Bull. Instead of handling it professionally, she shouted across the shop, making a massive deal out of it. Then, when another worker went over to help, she turned on them too—proper telling them off in front of everyone and even throwing in a job threat! The other worker just stood there awkwardly, probably thinking ‘Not this again’, while Paula carried on embarrassing herself. And the manager? Just stood there watching like it was entertainment. Sort it out, Sainsbury’s. Your staff shouldn’t be treating people like this.

   This is by far the worst Sainsbury's I have ever visited. The shelves are consistently empty, and the pastry section is practically non-existent. The staff are often chatting among themselves rather than assisting customers, leaving them to wait for extended periods. I am filing a formal complaint with head office regarding these issues.

   I think the staff in this store are lovely and always helpful and polite. The only problems are the self checkout tills as they are old, take long to work and can be problematic and the fridge doors are old and broken. I think creeplord476 review is very unkind and untrue. I was in the store at the time of that persons mothers experience as I was behind her in the queue. She was very rude and an apology was made, however, she was just being difficult and shouted out there were no baskets to which a reply was given that there were. This was was unreasonable. I did tell Andrew who dealt with her that she must be a professional complainer and not go worry.I shop here practically every day and I can honestly say Andrew gives excellent customer service along with all the staff. I have also been in the shop when Andrew has been assaulted and verbally abused by some very nasty people. I applaud all the staff who work in this Sainsburys convenience store as it can be very difficult. Sometimes they run out of certain stock which can be frustrating. But hey thats life

   Andrew was quite grumpy and rude to my mother as a customer she had picked up some courgettes and when she got to the checkout it appeared they had leaked all over her so we told him this and he said “you should have used a basket” not impressed at all

   Manger Andrew and i think her name is Stephanie Or Wendy at this sainbury is outstanding, very professional, helpful, understanding, goes above and beyond for their customers. I wish their worked at my local sainbury in Norwood junction.
