The staff here are unbelievably rude. Every single one I encountered was unhelpful, dismissive, and surly. From the information desk to the checkouts, it was a complete disaster of bad attitudes. They all need to be replaced. Won't be back.

Hi all, it’s 03:00 am now, I just been to M&S Kempton park. I couldn’t resist myself writing review. I’m so amazed 24x7 shop and the hard work of staffs in there. Always very police and happy to help. The shop is full with excellent items you’d need in daily life. I just bought milk and pan cakes for morning as I couldn’t go out during day time. Cheers

Henry behind the counter is the only reason us orange tops pop into this place such a happy helpful person with vast product knowledge.
I’ve just been marched back into the store from my car accused of stealing!!!!!!!!!! No apology , nothing when the cashier confirmed I had!!!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
Avoid unless you're desperate. Stopped at BP to fuel up and pick up some bubbly and wine for dinner. About to pull away from pump and heard a leaking noise! Just my luck but the bottle of red had a big cracked chip at the bottom which had decided to break free on my passenger seat. To add insult to injury the duty manager accused me of having broken the bottle myself (how she imagined I'd cracked a bottle of wine on a car seat is beyond me) and refused to assist (I had red wine all over me but all she did was yell "next customer please"). Lesson learned. Caveat Emptor: let the buyer beware! I'm sure I'll laugh about this in years to come but wow that's the last time I'll shop for fuel at this BP. Thankfully a few options for fuel and food nearby.
