   They had a very rude cashier at the till today. She doesn’t know how to speak or have a conversation with the customers instead of saying “next please “ she was beckoning to call me which I found very rude. Poor customer service.

   The shop is very well maintained and the variety of the stocks/products are much more than any other Bulgarian food shop I have been. The excellent customer service provided by Peter and Bobby is unforgettable. The last time I visited the shop I needed a special advice for a party food when Bobby managed to help me appropriately with a great suggestion. It is a very clean place and very convenient location not only for the people who live in the area but for all Londoners due to being so close to the main station in the area.

   Nice and convenient place for Bulgarian products and more. Well organized shop with pleasant shopkeepers. Best part in the shop is they have homegrown fresh vegetables. It's convenient place for the Bulgarian community in Feltham area.
