Poor customer service. Bought bag of fruit on Mon evening, , found some of it was mouldy in the bag within the day. Took it back 3rd day, only ro be told its been 5 days old. Left the bag there. I used to like the store as treated customer well, not now.
Good store for Indian products as I could buy even Dosa batter! A bit on the expensive side though
Very good customer service they will look at all complaints fairly and do not shy from making suitable compensation if for instance you find fruit to be rotten they will take it back as would the likes of Tesco etc. You just need to communicate effectively, I mean without getting angry for nothing!
Great local store! Always a warm welcome from Ajay and Jay. A fantastic range of products, and affordable prices, it's my local favorite. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the store is well-organized. Highly recommended!
Extensive range of all the Asian ingredients you could possibly need. Tins of spices,massalas fruit and veg,herbs,breads etc etc. Parking not bad. Paid parking
Whenever I need an ingredient I cannot source at local shop or is unusual I definitely always find it here. Such a large variety of everything from fresh to frozen sabjis and ingredients
2 stars only for the shop 3 stars loosed because of a rude lady working in this store... she's very rude in speaking and attending the customers
Good store but needs to be spaced out for decent access around the store
the store is very good, only that sometimes it is too busy and you wait for some time for other customers, there are some customers, it looks as if they are settling tax receipts and you wait for 10 minutes in the store, but it is not in such a hurry that you get bored buy something...
Sadly very poor service & they make you feel like a thief! Staff don’t care if you’re shopping there, they’re just in a hurry to close shop! I always shop at Sarin’s on Cranford Lane. Just once I thought let me check this place out, but the staff from workers on the floor to the male at the tills are just very uncivil & discourteous! My sincere advice to all the legit shoppers, please try shopping at Sarin’s on Cranford Lane or stores in Hounslow West. You will find that they have more manners & respect for you as a shopper & human than the staff at this store! Back when it was owned by the Rayat family, this place rocked but now it’s just plain rubbish shopping here & getting yourself insulted.
