A very odd experience that I wouldn’t want to repeat. Really rude shopkeeper - didn’t want to serve anyone. Made me figure out the label myself but just kept staring but wouldn’t help. Ignored me when I walked in then another customer said something

Took a parcel in as its an evri collection store to be met by two men standing chatting, no acknowledgement that I was there. I interrupted and said I'd like to drop off my parcel to be told the printer was broken, I explained that I already had a label to be told again the printer was broken and to go to another shop. This went on a few times before he finally scanned and took my parcel. I would rather drive for 30 minutes to drop off a parcel than ever set foot in this rude man's shop again!
Second time I lost my parcel They sent me they delivered my package and when I asked they told me they didn’t have it But we shopping there approximately daily And I prefer to shop there

5 to 2 star update: the older bearded gentlemen has been lovely for the past several months I've stopped by this shop, and usually has great stock. Unfortunately, the other man has become more and more rude, regardless of how often I've been in. At first it was just weird looks, and now he watches me if I'm walking around the store, unless the other keeper is there. He is clearly disgusted by my presence, and has made it clear when snatching and tossing my parcels to scan the labels. As kind as the bearded gentleman is, it does not overpower the sheer distaste and discomfort the other one shows. I chose them over Royal Mail for their longer opening times, but I think I'll be going to Royal Mail from now on before he somehow gets worse. *Written several months ago* The guys here are very friendly and kind. Easy to shop and easy to send parcels.

Collecting my parcel delivered by Hermes, the owner said to search your parcel there & bring it for me, wash shocked that this his job, can collecting the small extra parcel, Hermes should give him instructions, very poor customer service and very rude will never order my parcel there no more
Has been around for over 10 years and been a great place to shop for just as long.
