   The prices here are irregular. If you suddenly start buying something regularly, like water or bread, the prices slowly start to rise. This is a very strange policy that I've never encountered at any Tesco. The staff is sometimes unpolite, and the security is rude. This location clearly needs a new manager.

   Really disappointed ☹️ if I could i would even give one star the menagerie of the shop today in Tesco didn’t allow me to do the shopping and ask me to live the shop because I come with the scooter and the fact is that I been going there with my scooter for weeks but today the manager had a different idea really disappointed how they treated customers and I really think is a big disrespectful

   Kicked me and my friends out because we are brown. Staff is rude especially the tall one by the door. Only go here if you want to be kicked out the store.

   I went into tesco after patiently waiting in the queue the security guards decorum was appaling he showed me no respect as a customer,He spoke little to english and was extremely Inpolite,I queued to pay for my items and he told his fellow college to not allow me to pay after i did nothing wrong,He proceeded to call my partner a racist word because my partner didn’t wait in the line for ‘tesco’ this isn’t flannels.He proceeded to shove his phone in my face and swear at me,I will never be returning as i’ve never been treated like this by a store.The way the security guard was speaking to me was so disrespectful in every single way,he proceeded to deny being racist towards my coloured boyfriend when he realised he can’t say that

   13/05/23 at 22:40 exact time I did the transaction. Before me the customer was very rude with staff, he’s buying a cigarette packet I think there was a misunderstand about the packet colour, he said U Coloured people don’t understand English I was a little bit terrified. I said to the staff why don’t call security and stop him he don’t have the right to speak like that it’s against two law. And the security guy came next to me and he said customer is always right This is company policy and he start arguing with me. I want to say to him, I’m a customer too but no point to drag more. I request to the management investigate this situation take necessary action and change the security person my opinion he is not capable. Customer is not right always.

   Handy for a stop on the way home. Good enough sized car park. HOWEVER. Around half the time I can’t get in the car park because of the delivery truck in the way. A few times it’s arrived while I’ve been in the shop and got trapped in! Also on a Friday it’s mens prayer day at the local mosque and many of them park in there. The most annoying part is the local senior school sixth form going there for lunch. I get it. It’s close. But they all just hang around outside making it hard to walk in and out of the store and they walk right in front of the car. The staff can’t seem to manage them making it quite a traumatic experience fir someone who has high anxiety.

   Good for quick buys like milk, etc. I often have a bad experience with the staff at this outlet. They are rude and quick-tempered, with no idea how to deal with the customers.

   Don't buy refrigerated products from here. The fridges are always left open, therefore the food is not chilled properly. If I buy meat from there it goes off really quickly. Way before use by date. Which is a shame as it's close to me but I go elsewhere for food shopping.
