   Shop is very good and has nice product there, but some prices are a bit much higher than should be. Also, some of the female members of staff are very rude and not educated enough to work as a customer service personel. The manager needs to check on them and educate them to behave well with all the customers no matter of the race, nationality, gender, orientation etc, etc.

   We bought 2 packs of these and both had sour taste, not the same as we buy from other shop. Very disappointed... £10 down the drain.

   Today a member of my family was charged full price for the item which fell on the floor with the sale assistant fault while she was scanning items and dropping the other one. I would like to mention the fact that: “By law they can only expect you to pay the price that they paid for the item. In other words what it would cost for them to replace it. They are not allowed by law to charge you the sale price and profit from you because you're not buying it you're just reimbursing the shopkeeper for what it costs to replace the item.” If the CCTV will be checked the owner could see the fact that it was sale assistant carelessness . *Lack of training for the staff how to deal with different challenges occurred in the working hours. * Lack of experience and politeness from the staff while dealing with the phone call from a customer.

   Rather compact Russian supermarket with well stocked shelves full of Russian brands and foods, and products from the former Soviet republics. I'd gone in hoping to recreate a Russian food experience I'd seen on Youtube, kvass and, Russian instant noodles and instant mashed potatoes as consumed by Youtubers doing the Transiberian railway. No instant пюре to be found, but I did find kvass and something I didn't expect Tieguanyun tea, a well regarded Chinese tea that is my father's favourite, and not something readily found even in Chinese grocers, it was something I had to buy as soon as I saw it. The staff at the counter seemed to be most comfortable speaking Russian. Though I could make out most of what they were saying, although I've been trying to learn the language, I chickened out of replying in Russian, I'm sure I'll visit again soon, if only to get a chance to practise my Russian.

   Really excellent store with plenty of supplies from Russia! Friendly staff, good prices. I wish they had an online shop too, as it's a 2 hour round trip for us. Worth it though.
