   Lady called Ifanl something along those lines was very rude and wouldnt serve me i had one item and she was completely free at the front doing absolutely nothing, I had to wait a good 8 minutes at self checkout out while she stares lol! Something seriously wrong with people not wanting to do their jobs.

   I had a great experience at Tesco today. One of the staff members, Sunil, was very helpful and polite. I was having trouble finding a product, and he kindly guided me to the right aisle with a smile. His friendly and humble attitude really made my shopping experience pleasant. Thank you, Sunil, for your excellent customer service — it’s always nice to meet staff who truly care about helping customers!

The self-service tills maintain their reputation for technological passive-aggression, though in this confined space their mechanical pronouncements echo with particular authority. "Unexpected item in bagging area" becomes less an instruction than a philosophical observation about modern retail life. The store succeeds in its essential mission—feeding Teddington with admirable efficiency despite spatial limitations. It stands as a monument to making the most of limited space, though one occasionally yearns for the luxury of browsing without orchestrating complex maneuvers around other customers.

   I would give 5 star if ready meals were just a bit cheaper .No reflection on this store though ! Great local store . Been shopping here for 45 years ! It used to be a larger store . Kind caring hard working staff. Mainly shop for essentials ,veg ,fruit,and household items . All good . Quality service . Thank you .

   Rude and disrespectful. A staff member by the name of Marco was shooting this morning at one of the customers and asking him to come outside to have a fight with him. Surely this man is a customer and deserves to be respected and treated with degnity. I am not going to shop in this supermarket again after seeing what happens. Honestly shocking.

   Very impressed overall. I particularly like the wide choice of ciders, which Sainsbury in Kingston does not match. One area where Sainsbury does beat TESCO, though, is in their 5 packs of bananas. TESCO still puts them in polythene bags, whereas SAINSBURY just uses a paper band. Dr Paul Harris

   Extremely disappointed with Suresh, the store manager I ordered travel money and received an email to say I could collect it at the Teddington customer service desk at 3pm. I arrived at 4pm to be told the key to the safe drawer was broken and I could not get the money. Suresh told me to phone Tesco Bank but couldnt find a number. I found one on Google but there was no reply I asked Suresh to phone the travel money desk at Twickenham but he refused. Again I found a number but there was no reply So Tesco have my cash but have no solution to me getting the travel money. Suresh refused to apologise on behalf of Tesco when I asked.

   Does the job for a local store. Staff are a bit hit and miss. I had to ask a staff member not to chuck bananas in a box, when he was clearing the shelves for cleaning. This will damage produce which will not show until after the customer will have bought it. It appears that the good staff members are so because they naturally are, and not through good training or management.
