   I came to collect a parcel and, despite the tracking app said that it was delivered, the owner of the shop showed me that driver did not really deliver the parcel. Therefore, he helped me by getting my number and call me as soon as he received the parcel (this is basically what happened). The owner has been extremely helpful, kind and tolerant, I am really pleased with the way he helped me. I strongly recommend them!

   I use this shop often for parcel delivery, it's a really convenient location for me. My last review wasn't great due to the attitude of some staff members when collecting a parcel. It seems some new members of staff have been hired and I have found them to be courteous and friendly, it's a much better experience now and I'm less apprehensive when I go to pick up a parcel so the experience has improved greatly and I hope it stays that way

   Thieve. Trying to steal parcel and Sat's they didn't arrive e or the post man forgot it jn his van. Dven with delivery proof and signature he still refuses to give it to you.

   (WOULD NOT RECOMMEND) This was my first time going to this place to collect a parcel and I honestly experienced the worst customer service I've ever had. Reading other recent views, I have had the same exact experience. I collected a parcel 4 days later from when it arrived as I was in hospital, and the (I assume shop owner) was so rude to me, demanding that I never collect the parcel up late again. I completely understand that he does not want to store a load of parcels but that is a service that the shop has chosen to do. He literally spoke to me like dirt when I was just trying to being friendly. If he is so miserable for people to send/collect parcels he should really consider to stop the collection service from his store...
