   I visited your south oxhey branch and purchased. Upon returning home, I discovered that the item was damaged and not fit for use. When I returned to the store to request a refund or exchange, I was met with extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour from the staff. Rather than handling the situation with basic courtesy and understanding, the staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. This experience was not only frustrating but also completely unacceptable for a store that claims to value its customers. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated fairly, especially when the issue at hand is a product sold in unsatisfactory condition. I kindly ask that this matter be investigated, and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure that both the product issue and the poor customer service are addressed.

   Nisa Local is your friendly neighbourhood grocery store. Fruits, snacks, condiments you name it and you will find it here. Some of the ingredients you need to prepare Asian food items are only available here. The staff is also very helpful and pleasant to talk to.

   Ideal for grabbing little bits in between big shops. Very nice since it’s be refitted. But has its flaws. Nice store but very cramped inside. With a pushchair you need a licence as you’re manoeuvring all over the place. Had to leave my daughter outside with her granny as there’s no room inside the shop. Very claustrophobic inside. There’s stock all over the floor and you feel engulfed with items. It’s good that they have such a wide range of items i guess. Some prices are really good and others are a little pricey. Love that they have coop products here. Some that the actual coop store doesn’t even sell. Just wish you could earn points on coop products. Staff can be very rude and abrupt at times which puts me off coming here. They watch you like you’re a thief which is another turn off for me. I know their doing their job but I work in retail not far from here and we can spot the dodgy ones as soon as they’ve walked in.

   Staff acted like I was a thief. I carried my shopping to the till in my plastic bag and they had a go at me for doing that? I have never had any other shop complain about that before.

   Went into get a bit of shopping the aisles are a narrow but there is still room for two people to pass each other it is well stocked and a good choice. During lockdown it was the only place I could get toilet rolls from. The people that work there are pleasant and helpful. They have plastic partitions at the counter. All in all a nice place to do a shop.
