Oh my ! Never been to a place that exudes freshness and extreme top notch quality like this. Great job done by the team for renovating and uplifting the vibe. Felt like walking through aisles of heavenly food. They have introduced takeaway Coffees as well.
Always love this store, kept clean and tidy, staff are super helpful all the time since they've had a make over the layout of the store and wait times have improved also! Only issue really which isn't their fault is the ship lifting that takes place as they seem to be getting bolder with the amounts they are taking from the the store and they don't care who sees them either & the local police don't seem to be doing to much to help all local stores really when it comes to theft in stores.

Love M&S food , great quality lots of choice. fruit and veg always top quality. Easy to park .
What can you say about the smaller M&S stores such as Teddington. Usually overpriced, with a few exceptions. Usually good quality products. Often a rather limited choice of some ranges, if you go specially to get a wine for example. Service is exactly like every other supermarket.
I love the M&S food hall. Lovely fresh products, excellent quality and the shop is open till late. I avoid it over weekends as it can become rather crowded. Best times to visit is after 7PM in the week.
Love the food and there's always good deals. Shame about the lack of space around the store and at the self-service checkouts, which make safe distancing nigh on impossible, especially when many people continue to be oblivious to the need to make an effort to socially distance.
Very good local store. A short queue to get in (2 minutes), but pretty empty once inside; I was collecting some shoes, ordered online & I was able to get served immediately because there was no queue. Excellent service and very convenient. We shop here for food too and it is always good quality with some good options, such as prawns & rice noodles which my teenage son loves!
