   Worst morning. It's says 7am opening time on the net but when you get inside, they kick you out because they said they're not ready yet and they open 8am.

   Today at 3 pm, I shopped at the Aldi in Adams Walk, Kingston. The elderly man at the checkout passed the same package through the register as if it were two separate items and overcharged me by £2.76. He was reluctant to give me the invoice, and only gave it to me after I asked for it twice. After leaving the checkout, I checked and compared my purchases with the invoice at the desk inside the Aldi. I told the man at the checkout that I hadn't received the £2.76 Plait Pecan Maple and asked him to refund the overcharge. I paid the invoice in cash, and he refunded my cash, but I believe his behavior was deliberate, leading me to overpay. Please warn your staff about this.

   Update: They charged my card despite saying the transaction failed and didn’t provide a receipt or give me the groceries. I asked for a refund which has been denied. Will never buy from Aldi again and I strongly advise anyone against paying there by card as they are fraudulent. Only cash payment today as all card readers broken. you’d think they inform the customers so you don’t spend 10 minutes queuing at the tills just to go home empty handed.

   Apart from Elston and one or 2 staff members others need some serious training in customer service. Management don’t have a clue to run the store . The shelf’s are empty through out the day .

   Great prices, as you would expect, mainly essentials. However, it size means it lacks the selection one normally associates with the store. Short walk from bus and train station and the cadbury's car park. Expect to pay 2 pounds per hour for parking.

   4.5 stars recommended for extremely good value with quality, better than big brands and top supermarkets. only thing that drops 1/2 a star is the amounts of time i've been there with an out of stock product, and products that they discontinue without notice.
