   Guess what I saw at this Tesco. A FLY ON A DONUT!! I feel disgusted because I’ve ate them donuts before and I will never eat anything without a case on it because that is just disgusting. There was a staff member right next to the donut case and didn’t even bother to check. It could make the donut inedible with all the diseases and sicknesses they have. UNBELIEVABLE!! I thought this would never happen but it did.

   In the 15 minutes I was waiting at the cash desk, 3 people stole, 3 people were waiting at the queue and when the staff member did arrive to do the lottery, it was past the cut off time and everyone missed their trains or ran out with their shppping because there was no one there to serve. Sort it out.

   The staff in Tesco’s Express in Epsom are not very good actually very rude staff in there I asked them for a certain type of yoghurt can they look for it at the back and The staff say sorry we have Not got it in stock and I said can you have a look Out the back and they said no, sorry We will not have it in stock they did not even bother to look out the back to see if they got Stuff out the back and also the other day I went to Tesco’s in Epsom went to pay for my shopping the guy behind He was working behind the till he was not very helpful. Did not even give me a chance to get my Tesco Clubcard on my phone and I gave him the money And I asked him, can you just give me a minute to get my Tesco Clubcard On my phone and no, he did Not even give me a chance to get My Tesco’s club card up on my phone, so thanks to him. I Cannot redeem those Tesco club card points The staff in Tesco’s are so rude And they are not even helpful

   I lost my glasses yesterday. I am trying to contact them over the phone to avoid to pay £11 on the public transport , they do not answer the phone. Customer services online they asked you to pop over as they do not have lost property service. People were very nice but the company service could much improved

   Tesco needs more experienced delivery drivers who can find directions to their customer’s destination to deliver their goods to them without any complaints from the customers. They also lack time management. They keep asking postponing my delivery time or do they think I will give them the whole day. This is going to be the very last time I will use their service . This message is literally lack of organization skills

   I went to tesco to send a package, I queued and the person at the counter told me that I have to do it through a machine, the machine didn't work so I asked for help, she decided to serve the whole shop before me until I left. Get your priorities right, if someone ask for your help make sure you help him first, if you are unable to help or get a colleague or don't offer the service, simple.

   I'm very pleased with the service I received from Ramani who works as a cashier for Tesco's next door to EPSOM STATION. I lost my purse and when I went into Tesco to ask about it left outside the shop Ramani knew about it straight away she really made my day.

   I do like the store only I asked this guy who works there with black scruffy hair to see if he could check the stock room for a product. He said "no we've run out" without even checking. I asked someone else who looked a bit more presentable and they came back with what I asked for.The scruffy guy just couldn't be bothered.so that's why I'm only giving 2 stars.
