I’ve been using this shop for years so quick and easy to return parcels , I’ve never had any issues with collecting or returning parcels , always receive my refunds promptly. The shop stocks all the basic items you would need and is very convenient for me . Staff always friendly and helpful.

I use Bills to send parcels most days - some of these parcels are huge and annoying to keep in a smallish shop. The three guys who work there and take in all my boxes have always been kind, polite and helpful. I’ve never had any problems with them - even when I’m bringing in huge amounts of parcels. They have always been lovely to me.

If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t normally go out of my way to write a negetive review, but I was appalled by how badly I was just treated. For one I looked online to find the closest place available which accepted yodel returns and this was the shop that was suggested. Firstly I have my baby in a buggy which the shop keeper clearly saw I was struggling with the door and front step and he had no attempt to help, in fact a young boy who was also going into the shop went to help me before I got screamed at ‘NO DOGS ALLOWED’ ( I also had my cockerspaniel) which I apologised and said sorry I cannot see any sign stating no dogs. He then aggressively pointed at the door again. At this point my buggy was half on the step and I hadn’t even entered the shop. I then asked if he could please take my parcel, he then walked away refusing to do so, which the young boy who had previously held the door open offered to take it for me. The shop owner shook his head and aggressively shouted ‘DONE’ after angrily accepting the parcel from the young boy. I have no receipt nor any email confirmation regarding my parcel so I do not know if it will even go back to the sender. It has upset me to leave the house to go for a walk with the baby and run some errands to then have someone be so dismissive and spoken to in such a poorly manner. He certainly isn’t at all respectful to any female costumers judging by previous reviews and what I have just experienced myself. I will be hesitant to return parcels from now on. Following onto your response, that is an absolute lie, I was not in the slightest bit aggressive nor confrontational and I understand if you don’t allow dogs into the shop. That was never my issue, my issue is how rude and aggressive you spoke to me. You are clearly like this with many customers and should address your customer service skills. I do not understand how you have not been closed down by your rude and unprofessional behaviour.

Unfortunately I had a really awful experience here, and from previous reviews I am not alone, and again unfortunately it is not the first or indeed 4th time!. They clearly don’t want to take parcels, and have no problem in belittling you in front of others, and being rude if you have the audacity to bring a parcel to their shop. I will go elsewhere to avoid being yelled at. Literally awful service. Such a shame, the previous owners were delightful. Evri has been informed Review edited to respond to owner: the guidelines were adhered to completely, I’m not sure how you could not?!. I am not comfortable visiting your shop I’m afraid, but thank you for the offer to talk it through, as you will see you have a lot of people unhappy with the customer service if the reviews are reflective of your shop, and it might be an idea to address this with your staff rather than your customers. I won’t be returning. I will leave the matter with Evri to make their conclusion.

I LOVE BILLS! This place is awesome. It's super close to campus and the staff are just wonderful. Their selection is reasonably large and I think their prices are good, and it's just a great little convenience store.

Pleasant transaction this afternoon. I went to return a package as they do collectplus+. The cashier was a younger guy in his 20's perhaps polite and smiled back when I said thank you. I haven't been here since maybe before covid and then the older cashier was very grumpy to serve me, glad it went well today.

Aggressive and disrespectful service that I have received in this shop. The asian guy who served me was interested in money, cash particularly, and didn't listen to what I needed. As a result he sold me the wrong product and didn't want to refund the cash. I struggled to receive my money back from this irresponsible seller because he treated me as a nothing, as a foreigner also…

Only went in for a drink, magazine and some crisps for my daughter. Skips where a month out of date so politely pointed it out to the shop keeper who was extremely rude slammed them down got an in date packet and shoved them up to show me and read out the date. Came across really aggressive and rude. Would not be using again!!
