   This Tesco is a complete disaster — it feels like I ended up in India. Some employees barely speak English, many products are out of stock, there’s dirt everywhere, and there’s only one salesperson for the entire store. In short, it’s awful. In recent years, the Tesco brand has turned into an embarrassment rather than a sign of quality.”

   On one visit I found most of what I needed, but a few lunchtime essentials (bread, ready meals) were out of stock — bit annoying if you rely on having choices. The store felt a little tight at checkout, especially when busy, and the queue moved slowly. Still, it’s better than travelling across town for a big shop, and for small to medium weekly shops it’s a useful local option.

   Most loveliest employee helped me today - was incredibly proactive asking customers if they needed help and polite and just overall nice. Definitely needs some sort of reward as this appears to be consistent behaviour with every customer. Unsure of his name but was wearing a sunflower lanyard

   The staff at this Tesco were shockingly rude and clearly biased. I used a Tesco bag to pick up a few items, and instead of politely explaining any policy, they aggressively demanded I put everything back and use a basket. When I told them I didn’t know the rule and would follow it next time, they continued to treat me with complete disrespect. This behavior was not just unprofessional—it was hostile and discriminatory. Tesco should be ashamed to have staff like this representing their brand.

   Do urself a favour and don’t pick this location as your Evri collection point. Every time I have a problem collecting my packages. Today I waited 30 minutes because they forgot to charge the scanner which was understandable mistakes happen. But this mistreatment I’ve received nearly every occasion should not be tolerated. If you go to the door of where you go claim your packages they look at you unbothered to serve you, if you go in the queue they’ll make you go to the door. They speak in a different language in between each other of course that’s going to be uncomfortable. We should be treated as customers not side quests or I’ll deal with it after eating my Tesco meal deal type of thing. The rolling eyes you get from them and the language changing makes you uncomfortable. Sams poundstore hires people like this :)

   Incredibly rude staff, made me wait nearly 10 minutes to scan my evri parcel and was told to "leave and go somewhere else" if I didn't want to wait.

   They have a obsession with trying to close before the actual time of the store, so let’s say store close at 2300pm and they’ll try to close at 2245pm instead put you through a bad experience while rushing you immensely. This Tesco express usually doesn’t open on time aswell, try go there at 0600am and it’ll be closed, although it states 0600am open time on door, they tend to open mostly late or after approx. 30min late . .. The security guard is always fighting with people and some products are expired. Too many issues please avoid if possible.

   Last night I was there and was badly treated by the lady on till and another male colleague. I was so disappointed that I withdrew all the shopping. Mr Steve, probably the senior colleague, added the terrible experience. He even did not bother to ask me the reasons of cancellation of shopping and very rudely & unprofessionaly refunded my money. I am not going there again. 19/10/2022 Today I here again and sadly, the standards of service has worsened. I come across a very rude member of staff, I was putting my shopping in my own bag and staff rudely said, why I was using my own bag instead of shop basket? I politely replied that it was convenient for me but he was not agree. I had to terminate my shopping again and I was recalling 5 years Tesco, nothing was charged there, same rude, disrespectful behaviour but from another staff. I wonder, how a super market leader is employing people and putting them to mistreat customers. Sadly I had to get back home without milk, miss this incident again at tomorrow morning tea. But this is my fault, why I was there? What a shame

   Tesco express, as the name suggests it’s a compact shop with express stuff. You get groceries, fruits, milk, chocolates, ice creams. The self check out kiosk is very helpful. Very good prices on club card. It’s very easy to get. This now has a evri return parcel services which is very helpful. You do get organic milk, butter and carrots!! Wish they could bring in more organic stuff. You also get HALAL chicken and sausages here!
