   Very upset. They took an extra £3.85 from me today. Accused me of stealing. They told me payment had not gone through but it had. I had to pay twice for my meal deal and they refused to give me a refund. Even after I showed my bank statement. I will be making a complaint when I get home as the money went through twice according to my account.

   Sold me 4 expired items, 4 days past expiring date. Such a health and safety risk and looking at the reviews it’s not the first time. Someone should really train their staff.

   Good location, but very rude staff. A lady called "Dali" was shouting on me why I came in the store at 7.15. The store opening time it's 07, so I don't see any reason why she should be rude and proper shout

   This store really has an amazing team; professional, friendly and always greet you with a smile. They are always filling stock so chances are you will get the items that you wish. It is super clean and now have installed several self check out counters. They also have an Evri parcel drop off facility.

   Closing timing says 11 pm close and store was close 5 minutes early on Thursday 30 may 2024 they are 5 people on staff amd saying that we have go home 11 pm that's why 5 minutes early close so why is returns outside 11 pm Monday to Sunday

   I visit this store quite regularly and never had issues, service most of the time is very good from female employees but tonight I was tak3n care of by a male employee. It was very bad. First of all I was served after he finished chatting ... then there was no hi, no nothing he was chucking my shopping all over to scan it, chucked bag on the top and told me how much I had to pay. I had to ask him that I also want cigarettes and I have tesco card. Then he proceed to count the money I gave him, first time he counted it wrong. Like seriously... the feeling I got it was that he actually made me a favor to sell anything for me and customer presence bother him.

   The worst ever! Last night I was assaulted in that shop, a couple pushed me and shouted at me for no reason, and the security person and staff did nothing. They shruged their shoulders and said that it happens and it is normal. Even the supervisor said that the police won't do anything about. But they will, I reported it and they are investigating. I will as well, I will make sure they will be caught. People are assaulted in that area and killed outside the shop because the staff are encouraging this behaviour. If no one does anything, we won't be safe at all when going out or shopping. I am so disappointed, I don't go shopping to be assaulted.
