   I had an extremely upsetting and unprofessional experience at this shop. The staff member I interacted with treated me in a way that left me feeling disrespected, belittled, and deeply uncomfortable. At no point was I spoken to with basic courtesy or care, and the behavior I experienced was completely unacceptable for any business that claims to value customers. I want to be very clear: based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before going here. No customer should be made to feel the way I was. I left the shop shaken and disappointed, and I will absolutely not be returning. I hope the management seriously addresses the way customers are treated, because what happened to me should never happen in a professional environment.

   I’ve been a regular customer for over a year, and most of the staff are ok, I’ve got no issues with them. But there’s one guy who’s extremely rude all the time. The first time, he literally yelled at me with such an impatient tone just because I asked for noodles. The second time, I asked if they could deposit money to my bank card since some shops act like post offices. If they couldn’t do it, all he had to say was “No, we can’t.” But instead, he goes “What do I have to do with your money?” When I called him out on his attitude, he told me to leave the shop and started mocking me instead of just apologizing. Who does he even think he is telling me to leave when he's the one behaving disgusting and has no right? The owner really needs to sort this out, cause the shop itself is convenient and has pretty much everything. But honestly, I’m really disappointed and not sure I even wanna shop there. They are always losing loyal customers not becoz of the shop just becoz of the staff's unacceptable behaviors.

   Would give 0 stars if i can. Been a customer since a year and yesterday a bag of 5kg onion and 1kg bottle gourd turned out was rotten and bad, unsuitable for consumption. I brought it back and was told “we can’t take the loss, you should’ve checked individual item” How the hell do you check veggies without cutting them if they seem okay from outside. The guy at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have spent 12 pounds on the total grocery.

   Great store with excellent variety of products at fair prices. There are things I get here I can't get anywhere else nearby. I see a few bad reviews, but I've never had a bad experience with the staff. It's a busy area and most merchants are under pressure, but personally, I'm always treated well here. I'm always satisfied, so I wanted to show love to a great local service that's very thoughtful about the products they provide to a really diverse neighbourhood.

   I have been a loyal customer for over a year and a half. I’ve come in every other day and spent £20+. I went in today and the man sold me a fake vape. After I confronted him he started screaming at me in front of other customers. He kept saying it doesn’t matter if it’s fake, it does the same thing. He didn’t refund me or replace the product. He was trying to intimidate and continuously spoke down to me. I feel very disappointed that my trust was broken and I was treated in that way. Fake vapes can be detrimental to the users health and the fact that this man did not care about that or the fact that I just spent £12 on an item that I wouldn’t use is pathetic.

   Hard to get through, ussualy a lot of kids staying on the entrance, and in front of till. Lot of times staff make counting mistakes, allwsys just in theyr favour, never a honest mistake. I try to avoid it. But good location near Wembley Park Station, and plenty of goods.

   Open late and decent spring onions, carrots, tomatoes and grapes. The beer selection is a bit shan though, only had one can of Bud so ended up with carlsberg.
