   Anand, who works at the Great Tesco Express, is always helpful, polite, and a great front face for this busy store. No matter how late it is, he always greets customers with a smile and a warm welcome. His excellent customer service truly makes a difference and keeps people coming back. I felt it was necessary to give him this recognition — he really deserves to be acknowledged for his hard work and positive attitude.

   I don’t usually go to Tesco as it’s my least fav title supermarket well this one has not made me change my mind the staff are rude everything is double the price obnoxiously loud music till staff are slow and they dint have most things available only only only use if it’s an emergency otherwise heavens forbid I have to go here

   Staff very rude, no manners at all. No hi, no sorry, no excuse me. Train your staff to be kind and professional. Indian music VERY LOUD. I found this shop very expensive. Not recommended. Will not comeback

   All staff don't have manners They don't even speak English. Team leader think he owned tesco. I'm regular customer they are all disrespectful staff.. Someone must take action on them I don't know why security guy standing der if he don't know what's happening in store. Worst store Worst staff Worst security guy

   Shop was not open at 6 am today on 18.01.2023, and self service checkout does not accept cash like in all the other convenience supermarkets (e.g. Sainsbury's, Asda). Andy and other employees are lovely.

   21:00. 17/09/2022 Andie , the store manager is with very poor behaviour, very rued has non of the customers service skills, just wasting of time speaking with him …as he was blaming me for his mistake. He was saying ( all the other Business policies are poor comparing to Tesco ) made me disgusting talking to him.

   The App had signed me out for some reason, so I signed in again, all seemed ok until I went to check out where I was asked to authenticate my club card, using random digits from the card. I don't have a physical card, I had previously downloaded it onto the app. I asked staff for assistance and they could clearly see that a current club card was registered on the app, but neither they nor I was able to authenticate it! Poor experience. Edit - 48 hours later and app seems to be recognising club card again, looks like software bug, not staff fault who tried to assist.
