   Just came to get a drink and look at (and maybe buy) some Asian snacks but instead was racially profiled by the security guard. He followed me and my friend from aisle to aisle, to the point of running to the end of the aisle we were when he lost track of us to keep watching us. Will never shop at Oseyo again, horrible way to be treated as a customer and also for just being curious about products from a different culture.

   It’s great to have a Korean grocery shop near us. They have most of the cooking basics, condiments and most importantly a variety of kimchi and mochi! I normally go to city to get this stuff but now can get the grocery from here. Drinks and confectionery felt unreasonably expensive. Rest as expected. If you are driving to this place suggest park at Bentall’s centre and walk to the shop.

   Fantastic new addition to the parade, well stocked and clean with all things Korean. Even the drinks range has been imported in. Can get very busy with school children and the aisle a little tight, otherwise well worth a visit.

   Good selection of items, a little cramped with almost anyone else in the aisle though. Staff generally just very confused with queues to pay changing randomly and switching staff out of tills practically every other customer. Longer than usual wait if people are buying more than a few things when there's moderate footfall.

   Why 2 stars? As much as I love Oseyo this one is bad... Staff it's very unfriendly and clearly it's no control of management there. I felt very uncomfortable when I paid at tills and staff who was standing there (5 people!!!) Suddenly stop laughing and chatting, was a long uncomfortable pause. Very little stock to choose; to be honest shelves were empty... I believe it's due to not restocking shelves through the day (especially when staff is hanging on their phones watching tik toks) plus security walking everywhere where I moved, store is already tiny and him literally breathing on my neck didn't help. Whole experience VERY UNPLEASANT. So why 2 stars? Because is finally in the area but I will stick to Hammersmith one or the one nearby China Town as this one is one of the best and it made me fall in love with Oseyo.
