   Great biltong and selection of other ZA goods. However I could go without views of American politics. After mentioning to the clerk that I’m an expat I don’t need to hear how Trump is going to do great things and that the previous administration & California politicians were muppets. I’d prefer just being able to buy a few products rather than hearing the employee’s polarizing political views.

   The main lady who runs the store is fabulous. Great to talk to her when you pop in the store. She’s from Durban as well so it makes you feel right at home when you are at the store and what a store it is. Love it. I real taste of home and I feel happy when I go in there. Grabbed a few castle lites and sipped them a few on Friday night while thinking of home.

   You say open 10am-7pm not so as closed notice on door 4-4.20pm. Especially came in for one item and have international call at 4.45 which I will now miss. I'm afraid my business will go elsewhere going forward.

   I love, love, love this place! The staff are wonderful and welcoming, always friendly with me - I've been able to have lovely chats in there that have brightened up my day, and I've gotten some delicious snacks from Savannah as well. It's really a highlight of my day.

   I have given this Savanna shop too many opportunities to redeem the sub standard quality of biltong that it offers. Each time I feel falsely hopefully that today will be better, as I am desperate for some biltong! However I, always get the rough deal. On each time I have ordered the staff are innacurate in their reporting about the dryness (and I mean every single time, are they paid based on commission?) the flavours are simply detestable and frankly its unworthy of your money.... It must be the brand as its no better in Wimbolden station. In short, avoid. Even in desperate times!
