   Not enough staff on till or not sufficient self checkout tills opened. The store is absolutely good. The staffs are friendly, polite and helpful all times. It have good collection of all necessary items. It has sufficient parking, easy access to bus stops other stores etc. But they have a very bad situation when coming to making the payments. I've been visiting for the past one year. Whenever it is having more customers, most of the time they only have one person at the till and only two self checkouts are open. There's space for two tills and 4 checkouts. So the management should take necessary steps to make sure that this concern is addressed. At times I have even waited nearly 15 minutes to make the payments. It's completely understandable when the whole till is full and when I have to wait. But this situation is ridiculous.

   This will be the last time I use this Tesco, how on Earth has the Tesco management servies let this store fall in to such grime and disorder, the Indian workers there are more interested in having a chat with the fellow countryman, spending all there time on there mobile phones while the store is filthy, when asked for advise they just look at you and continue talking a non English language which is of the hight of rudeness, shelves not stocked and fridge doors hanging off, but the stuff Tesco vet your staff better, just remember they are acting front of house for you and if that’s your standard, well nice keep up the good work Tesco scummy

   Ok for purchasing those 'forgotten ' items from a main weekly shop but not for a main shop as restricted number of products and produce. Limited parking by the shop so can be an issue

   The staff have worked really hard with keeping the store stocked during lockdown & are always very helpful & friendly. They also have a hand sanitizer trolley by the door as well as screens by the tills

   Absolutely disgusting. Charged me 3x as they didn’t know how to how to use the machine then proceeded to crumple up and throw away my receipts and deny my card was charged.

   If I could give 0 I would, open when they want and close when they feel like it! And if you try and go there to shop between opening hours but they want to close they will be rude and arrogant and very unhelpful! Thank god for Mccolls and Co-Op!
