   Over the last 3 years I have witnessed plenty of thefts in this store from someone taking the entire meat section to someone stuffing their coats pockets with bottles of alcohol. Each time I have alerted the staff to these thefts with very little action. Today at this Tesco where I am a regular I was followed by one of the staff members, out of store, and accused of not paying for my 55p item. I then proceeded to show him the completed transaction on my Apple Pay but this was not enough for him so he made me go back to the store to speak to the female staff member who had accused me of taking this item without paying. I showed her my actual bank statement showing my 55p transaction and then they finally believed me. Did I get an apology? No. Ridiculous service honestly.

   Please stop this nonsense with siberian conditions . Yes it's hot outside, you wanted sunshine and summer in UK , so stop moaning and get on with it .the food won't melt especially if you have the fridges and freezers !! no need for minus 10, I shouldn't need my winter coat just popping in to do a quick groceries top up!if we have survived the 70ies etc without AC u can do it !! It's getting ridiculous I can't go to any shops even if inly 20 outside !! Please stop

   I find this little Tesco to be a good place to shop. So much so that I walk the half mile to shop here rather than use the co-op which is a hundred yards away. Yes it has its faults but I generally find shopping here to be a positive and stress free experience.

   Usually, I don't write reviews, but today I had a very disappointing experience at the Tesco Express store in Worcester Park that I feel compelled to share. Despite being a loyal customer at Tesco for three years, my visit to this branch left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Upon entering the store, I was looking for a specific item but couldn't locate it. After searching for about ten minutes, I decided to ask for assistance. I approached two staff members who were not only unhelpful but seemed indifferent to my situation. They informed me that the item was in the middle aisle, but when I went there and searched for a few minutes, I still couldn't find it. As I was about to leave the store out of frustration, one of them asked me if I had found it; then he told me that the item was not available. This response only added to my frustration, as I had already invested time and effort into finding it. This level of service is unacceptable. If employees in the service sector are unable or unwilling to assist customers, they should reconsider their roles. Given this experience, I will not be returning to this branch of Tesco again. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service at a Tesco where I have shopped regularly.

   I go in the Tesco's every day and today I walked in with produce from another store and store member accused me of stealing it's disgusting I will not be useing the store again that did not apologize or anything

   Decent for shopping. Only thing I didn't like is that I was around the store and was in the fridge and asked by the guy doing the cleaning to move out the way so he could continue cleaning. I don't think that's good customer service.

   Why do the self service not accept cash any more? It hard enough if the manned tills are only covered by 1 member of staff and every one is queue to use that 1 till.

   Been shopping there almost daily as I've moved nearby not so long ago. Staff there is great especially this one lady that's exceptionally amazing, energetic and always positive ! Put's a smile on my face every time haha I was telling her the other day about how I've missed the bakery products (doughnuts in particular), couple of days later it's on the shelves ! I for one got excited haha Overall great place to shop in, they've got everything you need to stuff your fridge with, and for a larger variety there's a larger Tesco's not so far from there.

   Just your average store with the everyday basics. The location is useful and the opening hours even more useful. Never seen the place looking anything other than clean and tidy, unlike what some reviews have stated. Queues for the cashiers seem to confuse shoppers as some lines are self checked. It leads to what looks like people jumping the queue. These tills cost it the 5th star and don't appear to be necessary in a store of this size.
