   There's never anyone at the till to serve in here , you'd think with raising their prices every 5 minutes they'd afford staff, instead they've spent their money on a riot shield across the tills when I haven't even once seen any form of trouble in here , or even staff present behind it Also you sell 3 different kinds of chocolate brownies in here and not a single one of them was in stock

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Really good Sainsbury’s with a free car park that is only 30 minutes free. You can also get some coffee inside. I really love this Sainsbury’s as it’s really small and cute.

   Rude, disrespectful and misogynistic: my opinion of "Evans", a duty manager who I had the misfortune to meet on Bank Holiday Monday 24th August 2024. I was totally humiliated in the shop when Evans shouted at and berated me, for absolutely no reason, in front of a shop full of male staff and male customers. I left the shop, shaken and on the verge of tears. I am, of course, trying to raise a complaint about this, but, 2 days later, I am still aghast that any company would employ a vile, nasty bully, like Evans to work in their shop, let alone make them a manager!

   I have been a regular customer here for many years now. I have recently been unwell, and Carol could not have been more helpful! She always asks how I am, and offered to carry my shopping home for me when I was struggling. I must say, the staff in this store have been extremely patient and helpful. A special thanks to Carol for her dedication.

   If I could give no stars I would the cashier was so rude and ignorant needs to learn some manners I was with my elderly mum at the till half way through doing her shopping he walked away to help someone at the self service till when eventually he came back to do my mums shopping no sorry about that no thanks he needs some manners.l was so angry also they need to get some staff shelfs are always half empty hardly any bread very poor service

   There Uber eats service is a joke. Charge u extra fees. Pack everything into a small bag which damages all the other items. Missing items they don't refund u for or tell you about. Cause to many issues. Not worth the trouble. Won't be shopping in person here either.

   Based on this experience 5 star, many many thanks for Erika to be there at right time right place and for the manager (who smellt divine yesterday haha) sorting it out this promptly and acknowledging what their HO is actually communicating with cx, saving me a painful trip to the bigger store with my back pain, take care guys thanks again x

   I came in to buy a variety of items, one of which was a can on Monster energy, which I needed to have approved due to pathetic legislation that companies like Sainsbury’s have to conform to. A worker came over and asked for my ID which I unfortunately didn’t have so I couldn’t buy it, annoying but understandable considering the previously mentioned law. What isn’t acceptable however is the attitude of this worker. When I told him I didn’t have my ID he just looked at me with a plain face, went onto the self checkout’s system and voided the item before just walking off without saying anything. Very rude customer service from a company you’d expect better from.

   I was very impressed with the above and beyond service received from Sergio at the local Worcester Park Sainsbury's. Due a fault with my card I wasn't able to pay for my bags of sweets. Sergio realised there was a problem and he came over to help me. He offered to pay with his card for my shopping and I was shocked that someone is so kind and would do that! Couldn't believe that there are still kindly hearted people out there. I later returned to the store and paid Sergio back but I just wanted to give him credit and say thank you once more :-)
