I always buy Indian vegetables from Fruity Fresh β the quality and selection are good. Some prices, like fruits and groceries, are higher than elsewhere. During busy times, long queues can form, people sometimes come in between, and there isnβt always enough staff to manage smoothly. Overall, still a convenient place for regular shopping.

I had really a bad experience there. Specially an old lady don't have a manners at all. I just wanted a bag what they charge 20p, she told me to give the cash. I told her to pay card she yelled to pay minimum 1 pound and forced me to add some other stuff and denied to give the bag. Don't she know before she needs to mention about the bag while charging the money. Even some fruits are already rotten inside the box which are hard to see for the customer.Never going there.

This shop gave me one of the worst experiences ever. The staff were not just unhelpful, but openly rude and disrespectful. Their behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic manners. If this is how they treat customers, itβs shameful and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before wasting their time and money here

If I could give minus I would have started with that: Overcharging- Prices written on self are different from what is being charged at the till. You will get scammed. Expired items : certain products which are expired are being sold by omitting their expiry and putting another date. I have taken this up with the council. Staff: What can I even say on thisβ¦ A staff named Rekha misbehaved with an elderly person who was trying to count his money and give to the till operator. I was sorry to see how rude and misbehaved can someone be, but again I am not sure how was she raised. May be that is what she sees at her home. There are much better places one can go apart from this place. I regret not reading their reviews before and ending up going there. I guess the owners are not at all interested in customer service, which again would be ok as still after so much of misbehaving, the business is running fine. Letβs see what does the council says post looking the details I have submitted. I would also like the home office to check the status of the employees.

Good store but the staff are really bad at service. The old staffs from 10-15 years ago were very caring which brought business but now it seems the newer staff lack patience and respect which is moving customers away. When checking out, the staff was chucking all the items onto the next basket, almost damaging some of the vegetables and after paying, she started serving the next customer without even giving a few seconds to move the items.

Avoid. We asked staff for frsh garlic (green garlic shoot) and they diverted us to spring onion. The lady at the counter also charged us for green garlic Β£2.50 but it was actually spring onion which is like Β£0.60. Today to make sure when we called they confirmed o phone there is no stock of fresh garlic. Thanks for fooling us.

Very rude staff. Check out staff has no courtesy to talk with customers. When I complained to manager then manager was even worse and shop owner thereafter shout loudly to customer to hurry up like we are standing with a bowl in a queue as a beggar. I suggest to spend extra in other shops but never ever give your valuable custom to them.

One stop shop, good veggies. Spacious to move around. Beware of the short old lady she might pounce any time. I have seen few comments on her. She did yell at us today asking for the price of rice (which obviously was not listed). Overall, I am happy with what the store has to offer.

Large range of fruits, spices and vegetables for the Indian kitchen. Very dirty and slippery with squashed veg on the floor. Inside the store is very crowded with items packed in everywhere. Rotting veggies are left with the fresh ones. Staff are very rude and arrogant. Ask the price of something and they look at you like youβve lost the plot. Canβt speak of a word of proper English yet think theyβre doing you a favour by being there. Horrible attitude and itβs almost all the staff. The ones filling up stock expect you to stop your shopping and move out of the way. Never shopping here again.
