Extremely Rude Staff , Ridiculous Customer Service. Over everything , they have the audacity to say that we dont need to tell u anything, you should know by yourself. Wow. Please do better Polmar.
This rating is purely about today service otherwise this supermarket is a 5 star. I am a regular customer as I live around the area, the staff usually are super professional and the customer service is excellent however, today the at 13:45 (8th June 25) there was this staff who I have not seen before ( some Asian accent ) being rude. I was in the queue for payments and next to pay, she literally called me to the till and by the time I could get there some random person jumped the queue and she just took his payment instead. Without any consideration. I questioned her as to why she served a person who jumped the queue and she replied with an arrogant attitude telling me I should have asked the person myself and she continued to be rude and annoying so i just decided to leave. I felt this was a very rude and an inappropriate customer service approach … attitude like this should be fixed or else it wouldn’t continue to an amazing place that it is right now to shop all the amazing polish products.
Amazing store, I've been shopping here for the past few years and the prices and products are convenient, I also love the fresh bread they make and stock regularly throughout the day and also their fresh meat section. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because in the past some women who work with meat products touch the meat without gloves or put the meat directly on the table that might not be washed all the time during the day. But not all of them do this, and the old staff tends to respect hygiene rules. If this factor improves I would give full stars.
...you have to be careful with the male cashier... he cheats on bills regularly! This is my response to the owner. I called the store today, but no one answered the phone. I will visit you and show you how this man cheats customers. I'll show you my bill and the record of this transaction on my credit card. Please don't judge your customers until you see the receipt and account statement - you will be very surprised how cheeky your cashier is. By the way, I wonder how it is possible that the bill differs from the amount charged to the credit card. See you tomorrow at the store.
So great I went in here because every time I walk past I can always smell the freshly backed bread. I got so bread rolls which were still hot!! They were so nice and git finished a little too quickly. The staff were very friendly. There are extremely delicious desserts too there was all you needed so great!!
You get Really good goan type of bread there...

Visited today and been overcharged on the till, sadly I realised at home and cannot go back to the shop anytime soon. I bought 200g of ham and been charged 19£ for it because someone who was cutting it for me put the price as '99.99£' per kg. Cashier on the till didn't notice something is not adding up either. No phone number, no Facebook page so cannot even contact them to let them know I will have to return at a later time.
I love this place. Relatively small place but has everything you need. Most of the products are Polish and the quality of everything I've bought so far is great. They have a fresh meats counter but I think they don't sell beef only chicken and pork. Right next to that there is a counter with cheese and cured meat products. I am a vegetarian that doesn't got a lot of time to cook so I fell in love with the lower floor frozen vegetables meals, they have so many different ones! They also bake fresh bun breads which are my favorite. Most of the things are much cheaper in compare to brand supermarkets. Location very good just across the street on Wembley Central underground which makes it super accessible. Also all of the people who work there are really nice you can really tell they like working there they are always in a good mood.
Love to stop here for essentials and also to try new foods. I’m not polish but have found many interesting and delicious things to try here. They also have a great home goods selection and a nice clothing store upstairs. Good selection and good prices!
