Terrible place! Selling expired food items in the regular shelf! The person over the counter sold me a 2 year old mixture and the other non expired items seemed extremely stale! Place looks like the owner is keen on selling stock out even though half of the things are expired!
The cashier is always on the phone, poor customer service. They are selling expired products and even when you bring to their attention they have a hostile attitude.
They will properly scam you They will tell you Yes there is a fee to deposit cash £1 After that as soon as transaction is done They will ask for more money saying “Convenience fee” Really rude cashier as well Try other stores And they won’t even deposit directly They will complain that they can make only small small transactions which in turn increases their “convenience fee”
Most of the banquet hall which was quite a Grandeur hiring venue once upon time during the height of the economy (The clay oven) is abandon due to lack of public funding maybe was once a high yielding venue but unfortunately due to Food inflation sparking at a record levels its probably not feasible any more. The Shop is still open for businesses downstairs. (Right opposite Alperton school Academy)
Wait! Don’t go! Tried charging me for a free ASOS return label print haha They are in it to make money for sure. After I laughed they dropped the made up cost. The stuff in there is obviously over priced too. Make the right decision and walk down the road to the actual post office.
This shop deserves 0 stars. Collect+ free print in store. They said I need to pay them £2.50 to print the label when it is free print in store with the QR code. Never visit. Scammers.
What used to be a busy and friendly convenience store, it’s now run by incompetent and greedy people who keep selling out of date food items and reselling LIDL-bought products at 3 times the original LIDL price. AVOID, as most customers finally have!
