   I posted an Evri and a Yodel package, they lost my Yodel package but managed to post the Evri one. It took a good 5 minutes for the Yodel machine to work and none of the staff were really paying attention with boxes everywhere around the counter, on the floor and on trolleys, I could barely get to the counter. I even asked the lady if she had the package once we were done (as it wasn’t on the counter) but she was no longer paying attention to me. Definitely won’t be posting anything from here again as it’s been a huge hassle to get a refund from Yodel…

   The staff are clearly under trained and have not got a clue! The yodel machine is NEVER working, it’s becoming so silly now. I bought a too good to go bag and they said they didn’t have anything to give us when there clearly was plenty of things that could have been given. This is my local and I hate going there. The staff are soooooo useless. Please deal with this!!!!

   Yodel is never working here. Either the machine is not charged or the printer isn’t working. This has happened over 5 times now.

   Go there for return my parcel But the guy over there can’t speak proper english Didn’t understand what i am saying My parcel was not accepting because system shows that one container is close so open container He has to choose that option i told him to choose that open container option But he didn’t understand and just tell me that i can not close now only close at night I told him so many time i am not telling him to close it i am telling him to just open that container but still telling me that i cant close now Don’t even know basic English Dont know who hire him Asda please upgrade you employee
