Hi I went on 24 December to the store for shopping they guy name was Preet singh he was very helpful he Helped me for my all shopping he help me for basket to put on checkout and help me to put all my all my shopping in bags I thanks to Sainsburys to keep members of staff like him thanks again Preet for your help wish see you soon in store thanks
Woman behind the counter ( I believe she is either Indian or Pakistani, and older woman) refused to sell me a bottle of alcohol. It's been years since they asked me for an ID and I'm very well past drinking age ( I'm 33 ) When I told her my age she threatened to call security and was very rude about it. Not to mention I had to wait because nobody was behind the counter for a while
Convenient local shop. Must highlight one of the employees named Christian who will go above and beyond to help and brings in a very friendly atmosphere to the shop. He is probably one if the reasons I did regular visits to the shop instead of bulk ordering online.
There don’t make enough bakery at times I go in morning it would be empty you go in afternoon still empty. The person in the bakery doesn’t do their job properly. I’ve worked in retail in a small shop and we would do the bakery properly.
Is horrible!! Is not happening first or second time to me ! I ordered home delivery and I have to pay around 24£ they cancelled something from my order and is missing me 0.25£ they charge me 5£ more because order is small!! What’s that!!!!! They take money from people like this?? Even I got promotion 30% and was not there!!!! Now Sainsbury’s upset me so much. If they have no product I asked for, they have to give me something else to make costumer happy !! I have no world and I will inform everyone!!!! Is enough!!!!
A basic small Sainsburys local with at least 3 self service points. I used it just after 6pm on a work day and it wasn't so busy.
