   I do pass this store every day when go to the gym and really like it. The one star is for a staff member I came across yesterday night (around 9pm). I had problem with my phone payment at the self check out so I called the lady who was there to help me. First she didn't even listen what i was asking for as she was talking to someone else in her own language over a headset. Then she said she doesn't know how my phone works, which was strange as my phone is a normal one and i believe all phone payments are working the same way, it doesn't matter what brand. In the end, the lovely customer behind me came over and explain that the way In was holding a phone was a problem. Silly issue but I don't do this kind of payments very often so i was not aware of it, that it matters at all. This helped, i made a payment straight away and thanked the guy for help. Staff member still was on her headset, explaining herself that she didn't know because my phone. I was stressing enough and she made me feel really even worse by ignoring me by talking to someone else first and the instead of trying to help, saying my phone is different and she doesn't know. It was simple thing in the end and im sure she could help me if she focused more on the problem, not on something else. i like this shop but totally disappointed with customer service.

   A great Sainsbury's, can't complain. The bakery selection is available throughout the day, they have all the basic items you need, and it tends to be pretty quiet. Clean and staff are very nice.

   Been there quite a few times, It was the place I always shopped as it was close to me and the variety of food and confectionery was pretty good, ideal place to shop at! The only thing that bugs me is that staff sometimes don't wear masks, which is pretty annoying. Other than that, great market!

   I lived directly above this Saisbury shop for over 4 months, it was my go to place for all snacks and other small impulse buys. The place has a team with good synergy and I've witnessed fun and banter between them, they seem to know locals well and engage them like friends which is always awesome to see. One other thing I like about this place is the regular reductions on some great brands for snacks and breakfast food.
