One of my favorite grocery stores in London. I stayed at an Airbnb near this Waitrose for 10 days, and every visit I found fresh produce, a great selection of proteins.
The food delivery and management at this store are truly incompetent. The staff on site are polite, but the stock is minimal and poorly chosen. Since the takeover, the selection has gone downhill—it’s the exact opposite of what it was even a year ago. Management clearly doesn’t understand what locals want; everything that once made this Waitrose worthwhile has been replaced with generic products that don’t fit the area. It feels like decisions are being made by people staring at spreadsheets rather than anyone who has ever set foot in the store. There are two supermarkets just a minute’s walk away, and I now shop there instead, because the Little Waitrose in North Ealing is overpriced and unreliable. The fridges are another ongoing issue—they’re often broken and take months to fix. I spoke to one of the engineers, who explained that they’re being asked to keep repairing 10-year-old machines because the company is too cheap to replace them. Overall, this location is being run into the ground by poor management. If they worked for me, I’d have one thing to say: “You’re fired.”
Not got any better since it closed for refurbishment, in fact sems to carry even less variety and choice. The shop seems to be getting worse, half the fridges are empty. Would be better off closing and making into a M&S maybe then the fridges would be full.
Same like other review said, they are definitely not open 24 hours, that’s shouldn’t be legit to have a fraud statement to attract people to come in to the station Tried again at 10:03pm, even I go close to the counter and try to purchase from the window, they rejected me. Used to be awesome hardly any stock these days and what is, is remarkably priced, no staff to be seen and 35p for a flimsy white plastic bag - sold as bag for life. Used to be awesome stop off into London - like the best milk ever now gone sour. Why? Can’t help sales or profits - come on Waitorose!! :-)
Nice shop, good selection of food (unless you're vegan) but they close every night from 11 or 12 until 6am, so definitely not 24 hours despite all the signage.

Its a waitrose in a shell garage. Everything is correspondingly overpriced given the usual assumption that they are dealing with a captive audience. Staff are very nice and friendly as they always have been. (I live nearby, and use it when all else fails and I need something).
particularly this store manager is very good. i am giving 5 stars to store manager who is so helpful. Last month cashpoint fraud happened with me. ATM machine retained my card when i put my card in to the machine to withdraw cash and £500 was gone from my bank account. i got my money refund just because store manager. god bless him. Thank you
Great little Waitrose, so glad it's around. It has a good variety of fresh meat and veg, drinks as well as all the daily essentials and trivials you might need. Good prices! 99% of staff members have been very friendly and professional! This becomes my regular place for "small" everyday shopping! 100% would recommend!
