There service is quite terrible bordering rude very unfriendly, we were given menus but when the waitress attended she would not accept the order from the table, the custard croissant was stuck to the tissue paper and we had to use a knife to separate the croissant from the tissue!!! I KID YOU NOT! The coffee was warm not hot. We decided not to order the breakfast! This establishment will not see us again whilst under the same management! I would not recommend this place!

A good place to eat meet friends and or have lunch. It is slightly dark inside but has lots of space. The toilets could do with a little improvement but they are ok. The staff are very good and warm and speedy. The tables are spaced enough apart to have good conversation and good meals. There is a downstairs which is very good (lacks natural light) but works well. I like it and will return. It.is not overly expensive in fact fairly reasonable at todays prices. Definitely should try this as a eat and meet place

OK, speak as I find. Yeah, it is a wee bit dark inside. Adds that bit of atmosphere, nice and rustic interior, only had the 12oz latte at £3.60. Not bad price considering what others charge. I personally found the staff friendly and social, and the latte was good. Give it a go, and critical comments on this place I feel are nit picking, nowhere as bad as they say

Came here as i was travelling through Ealing Broadway and had heard some very mixed reviews, from excellent to really poor, culminating is a rather low overall score. Many have mentioned poor service and poorly prepared coffee. All I can say is that I had 2 flat whites here and both were among the best 2 I have ever had in London. They were prepared by 2 different individuals (a good sign) and both were of the same very high standard. Perfect temperature, texture and really beautifully balanced blend of their own roast. Service was quite honestly, fantastic, and so was the ambience and the food, although I didn't eat this time, looked really good and something I will be coming back to partake in next time I am in this area. WiFi was a little spotty, but you can't really put that at the feet of the cafe so I issue a pass on that front and give them a very very worthy 5*. Ignore the low rating here and just come along. Far too many small-minded reviewers around here with obviously unrealistic expectations. Highly recommended.

Haven’t visited this place for a while yet the service and still are still extremely friendly and helpful. The vibes are relaxing and chilled and the staff don’t rush the customers which is great. Lighting and space is not overcrowded and the selection of sandwiches and pastries are very nice too!!

Absolutely amazing. We ordered 2 pots of earl grey tea and the signature avocado on toast (which we added a poached egg to). From bottom to top, a stunning breakfast! Great size portions and flavours matching the price. The place itself is lovely and relaxing and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. 100% recommended!

Excellent cakes, on site coffee roasters and tea served loose leaf. This is what a cafe is all about. Lovely setting and atmosphere. Quiet enough to think and vibrant enough to enjoy.

Chill place to spend time. We went with my girlfriend on a Sunday afternoon to study for uni. Great atmosphere, quiet downstairs happy vibes upstairs. Staff is very friendly. The food is various and tasted good, and also the prices are good. The hot drinks are various too as you can have lactose free milk: soya, oat, and coconut. The coffee tasted regular. Definitely recommend the salads and the sandwiches, vegan options available. The WiFi was not working unfortunately but overall positive experience. We will be back but not to study until internet works well.

Cafe Zee is a great cafe for both a take-out coffee and pastry or a sit in, home made wholesome lunch. With a fantastic industrial homely feel, it brings flavour to classic Cafe style. I opted for a pot of Earl Grey and a full English style breakfast. All ingredients are organic, well cooked and clearly specifically sourced to ensure quality and taste above all. Despite this, prices were fair and not above the odds for the quality of food you were met with. Atmosphere was great and staff were super friendly and happy to cater to whatever requests you could have. I will definitely be paying another visit here next time I'm in Ealing!
