I was in this shop when a young boy of around seven years old accidentally dropped a pint of milk which spilt the owner and his wife started shouting at the child like psychopaths screaming and shouting the child began to cry and run out of their shop when I questioned them about their behaviour. They became aggressive towards me. These people are nasty bullies their behaviour towards a young boy who made a mistake was disgusting. I would never walk into the store of these despicable people again.

Good place for Evri parcels printing labels in store and quick shop in case supermarkets are closed.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I went in to pick up an Evri parcel and the staff member behind the counter was incredibly rude. Despite me waiting over 10 minutes, he continued serving other customers who were buying items, completely ignoring my presence just because I wasn’t making a purchase. When I politely asked if he could process my collection as the queue kept growing, he snapped at me and told me to “find another pickup point” and threatened to refuse future deliveries for me when they arrive. Unacceptable behaviour! This is a service they’ve agreed to provide, and treating people this way over not buying something is disgraceful. I’ll be avoiding this place in future and would strongly suggest others do the same if you expect even the most basic level of respect.

I was quite taken aback by the behaviour of a man ( bold around 60+ ) working at Amis Groceries on Green Lane. I visited the shop today to send a parcel. When I reached the machine to scan the QR code, I removed a piece of plastic paper that had been left behind from previous parcel tags. The man reacted very aggressively, shouting at me in an unreasonable manner. He shouted that there was a sign instructing customers not to remove this plastic paper as there is an issue with the machine. I said that I didn’t pay attention and that I’m so sorry but he didn’t stop shouting. Then I try to ignore him and I scanned QR code without any problems, he continued to shout at me talking and talking about what I did totally ignored that I’m a woman in the middle age and his regular customer. I calmly asked him to stop, but he persisted. Before I left I mentioned that such behaviour could lead to losing customers, but he completely ignored me again. He often addresses customers in an unpleasant and threatening manner. What are your thoughts on this situation ?

The typical corner shop where one can find all day by day items the local community needs, also an Amazon centre.

I've said before that I am amazed at how a small local shop can have such a variety of products and serve the community so well.

Staff are quite rude and demand wear a mask when 2 of the staff weren't wearing a mask. Only come here for vinted items otherwise I wouldn't enter although the shop is always clean and neat and seems to be well stocked.
